“GREAT hotel! Will definitely go back again!”

This is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the Troutdale area. The hotel, dining area, and rooms are kept very clean. The free continental breakfast is one of the most extensive I have ever seen, and I've been to many hotels. When I researched hotels in the area, the results stated that it had a 2.5 rating. It deserves a much higher rating, particularly given the other options in Troutdale.

“Walking distance to Outlet Mall!”

Great hotel for Great price. A friend got married at McMenamin's, which was about a 15 minute walk (in the gorgeous rain!) . The Outlet Mall was about a 5 minute walk and so was a FANTASTIC restaurant called Sheri's! Definitely recommend it!

“Great hotel for the $$$$”

This hotel was very clean and quiet, perfectly situated off the I-84 hywy, so it was close to the waterfalls ans Mt.Larch overlook.Nice start-up breakfast,cookies and hot soup @ 6:00pm every day - all complimentary. The staff was very polite and professional. The hotel maybe is little small but well organized. We'll be back for sure!!! The only suggestion I have to the staff of the hotel is to tell their employees not to be shy and say "Hello" to the guests.

“Fine - no view/beauty but clean, comfortable place to sleep.”

Convenient location off highway, near outlet mall and close to waterfalls/hikes & downtown PDX. Very quiet despite proximity to freeway, surrounding businesses, small airport. Hotel was clean and comfy so would stay there again but make sure everything worked before settling in for the night. Our toilet flushed once out of every three tries...

“Nice hotel!”

Although older than many other Holiday Inn Express hotels that I have stayed in, this location was perfect for our visit to the Gorge. Breakfast was one of the best I've had, and the room was comfortable. We'll be back!

“Troutdale”

Excellent hotel if you have business nearby - comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are exactly as you would expect at a reasonably priced hotel. The hotel is on the side of a motorway so no great views from your room - but perfect if like me you have business nearby.

“Great breakfast!”

Hotel offered a "continental breakfast" which was actually surprisingly good! Everything from eggs, bisquits and gravy to yogurt and cereal. Not bad for a H.I. Express! The rooms were clean, had a fridge and microwave. Elevator reaked of cigarettes though and room was a little noisy at night as it's right off the highway. Staff was friendly.
