“Reliable Hilton Garden Inn”
Clean, comfortable and quiet. As always, a pleasant stay.
“GREAT HOTEL.”
I HAVE STAYED AT THIS HOLTEL BEFORE AND NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT. IT'S QUIET AND CLEAN.
“Great hotel at a great price!”
Very nice hotel. Got a GREAT rate through Expedia and didn't get snobbed by the front desk when we checked in using the Expedia Confirmation number. (This happens regularly!) I have a disabled daughter and the hotel was fully accessible.
“Very comfortable accomodations/close to downtown”
It's a very comfortable hotel w/microwave & fridge in rooms, freshly baked cookies at the front desk, and very good breakfast available in the lobby. We have stayed there several times, and have never had a bad experience.
“Nice location”
This hotel was easy to find and had a Starbucks and great Thai restaurant (and others) within easy walking distance. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and everything went smoothly with check-in and check-out. The bed was VERY comfortable and the room was quite clean, and quiet. However, the bath towels were truly the most abrasive towels I've ever used in my life. At first I thought maybe it was just the one towel..but no. They were surprisingly rough considering how new and clean they looked. Also, skip the breakfast at the hotel. The food was fine but very overpriced. But overall, I was very happy with the hotel and would certainly stay there again.

Quite happy with this place: --Free parking and plenty of it --Nice lobby and friendly staff --Nice rooms with: --flat screen TV --Mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot in nice built-in cupboard area --Nice desk and ergo chair with free Internet access --Indoor pool and whirlpool --Breakfast served downstairs --Warm cookies served free each evening --Lots of nearby restaurants to dine at, and a few that will deliver or let you charge to your room We had trouble with the Internet connection in our room, but they were good about finding a solution. I'd stay here again.

The atmosphere was very relaxing, I was informed that the hotel was for weekday bussiness travelers, I was there on the weekend thus being a quiet and relaxing place.

Arrived quite late: front desk and security staff were friendly and very helpful.

I have stayed at this hotel at least 5 times now and it has been consistently wonderful. It is a very comfortable and clean facility. There is good food at walking distance. The rooms are big and the hotel is surrounded by trees, so there are no bad views. It is near the I-5 freeway so easy access to getting most anywhere in Portland, but it is far enough back from the highway that you do not hear traffic noises in your room. The breakfast is not free, but reasonably prices and good enough that I have invited local friends to join me. The gym is small but clean and the equipment has TV screens. It is my favorite place to stay in Portland.
