Had a great time, was close to shopping, restaurants and the main reason for the stay was close to Oregon Zoo

Tolles Hotel

Günstig gelegen am westllichen Stadtrand von Portland, OR. Sauber, ruhig, große Zimmer, freundliches Personal, free parking. Beim nächsten Besuch der Region wird das Hotel die erste Wahl.

Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable and the extra feather pillows were devin.
Location: Lots of shopping and great resturants.
I had plan a lovely getaway, 2 night stay in Portland for my husband and myself, I reserved a 2 night stay at the Marriott residence Inn and after suffering through 1 night I cancelled the next night and went looking for comfort, cleanliness and luxury which we found at this hotel.

Nice hotel, quiet.

Pros: Shuttle service was at our beck and call. Evening cookies.
Cons: Beds
Location: Take the hotel shuttle to Sunset Transfer Center light rail. Allow 1 hour to get to airport. A car is better for this location for local Beav shopping
Staff was awesome! They dropped us off and picked us up in the hotel shuttle 3-4 times a day for the entire weekend. They can only go as far as 5 miles, but they took us to the Sunset Transfer Center and a nice restaurant for dinner and to the DoubleTree down the street. Staff was very friendly and informative. Beds made our backs hurt a bit.

Pros: Quiet, well maintained and safe. Good business traveler hotel.
Cons: The gym pass for 10.00 day used to be free and I was surprised to be charged for it. See comments above re: housekeeping.
As usual, the hotel was great overall and the staff and facilities were very nice. The housekeeping was serviceable, but I had to ask for more lotion after it was not replenished two days in a row while all other complimentary toiletries were. On one day of my stay I was in my room until about 12:30 pm and when I returned later that evening it had not been cleaned and I had to dispose of garbage, towels, etc. I had removed the DND sign and was surprised that it was not serviced. Not a big deal, but wanted to share this feedback. Thank you to you and the staff for the overall pleasant stay and accommodations.

Great staff at this hotel

The only thing I would have liked see would be free breakfast. Charging 12.95 for a continental breakfast when you pay over a $100 a night is outrageous. The pool and spa need updated other than that it was a great place to stay
