“Very nice place!”

The pool was nice, but dark. Hot tub was very hot. Rooms were clean and well kept. Didn't look very old. The beds were nice. Breakfast was decent, no biscuits and gravey. The price was great compared to the surrounding hotels on the coast. It was the perfect place to stay for a quick stop.

“Contact them directly”

The stay at this Motel was excellent. The staff were very helpful and there are a variety of eating and shopping opportunities within easy walking distance. It is close to the freeway to access other locations in the area. My recommendation is to contact the hotel directly rather than through a travel agency. There is more flexibility and with the proper wording, the price may be the same and possibly even lower.

“Out of the Way”

This motel is about 15 miles south of Portland but we didn't realize that when we booked it. That being said, the motel itself is comfortable and near restaurants and next to a shopping mall. We were able to check in somewhat early and were given an upgrade. The TV fare was limited and the remote was for the wrong TV. It was replaced with the correct one that was missing the battery cover. The beds were comfortable and the noise from the nearby I-5 was barely noticeable. Breakfast was the usual fare of cereal, waffles, fruit, juice, milk & muffing etc. Considering the excellent price for the room, it was a bonus. For those heading north or south, this is a great value, but if you are visiting Portland you may wish to choose a motel that is closer to the city. Still, we would return.

“Great stop with a dog”

This hotel was very conviently located. It had lots of area nearby to walk my dog. It's bare bones, but it works well. Call ahead if you expect to use the pool. It was under repair during my stay.
