"great location, nice room."
We found this hotel well located, comfortable for our family of three. You can walk everywhere from here. It is especially close to the amazing Powell's bookstore.

"2 nights away"
Every part of this hotel was great. From the valet service to house keeping. After a night on the town it was really nice to come back to a room ready for the night. Bottle of water, turn down service, and soft music. The roof top bar was great too. Great view and the people were exceptionally courteous. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and industry folks. Great location too!

"Nice hotel with an excellent restaurant."
I stayed in this hotel while attending a conference in Portland. I originally wanted a hotel close to the convention center but had waited too long before booking. This hotel is close to the airport and had everything I needed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I decided not to rent a car. In order to get to the conference each day, I took the hotel's shuttle to the airport and then got on the Max (Portland's public transit train system). In the evening, I took the shuttle from the airport back to the hotel. I never had to wait more than a few minutes for the shuttle and the drivers were friendly and helpful. I ate every breakfast and several dinners at the hotel and was delighted by the reasonable prices and excellent quality of the food. The wait staff at the restaurant was always friendly and the service was excellent.

"great value near portland"
We have stayed here twice; liked it enough to return. The view of the river is lovely, and it's about a 10-15 min drive to downtown Portland. We looked at staying in the downtown area, for quite a bit more money. Since we needed a rental car for other reasons, the savings to stay here was worth it, and the parking in Portland is super cheap compared to Chicago (where we're from). The hotel and rooms are very nice, especially for the price. Would definitely recommend unless you don't want a car and need to be right downtown.

"Cozy hotel with wonderful staff and amenities"
Our 4 night stay was incredible. We were upgraded from hillside to riverside for free for booking with expedia. Everyone associated with the was friendly and extremely helpful with recommendations and tips about the city. Hotel provided free day passes to the street car which was a very short walk from the hotel. The fitness center is large with newer equipment and yoga class was included at no charge. The valet/shuttle was very easy to schedule and far more comfortable than a cab. Bikes were also available for free, and the valet provided us with great instructions and a map to get around. I really cannot say enough great things about this hotel. Even the coffee in the lobby was great!
