Due to my own error, I had booked the wrong date through a third party. Jasmine at the front desk was kind and professional. She worked with my third party on the phone to straighten out my mistake. She went out of her way to convey that she was not bothered in the least by helping me. She greeted us every single time we passed the front desk. I would frankly stay anywhere if she were at the front desk. You can rest assured that you will treated like a valued customer at this property.

Don’t let them give you room 112. It’s right next to where they prepare breakfast and the banging starts before 6AM. Otherwise it was fine.

We enjoyed our stay. After working 10 hours, we were tired and went straight to the hot tub. The place was clean and friendly. Their breakfast was different than others with much more options. Yes, they had the waffles, biscuits and gravy, and cereal. They also had crustless quiche and sausage egg muffins. We will definitely stay there again.

I really dont believe i had the correct room. Picture showed a couch amd a separate little area and we diddnt have it. Room had a poor smell. And i coulr see dirt and nasty almost mold looking stuff in the air system

I didn't get to stay because I wasn't able to change dates due to unforseen circumstances. Expedia's policies are garbage. Completely unfair and unreasonable, you're better off booking though the actual hotel.

There were only 2 issues I had with this Fairfield. First the pool was out of commission. It’s not the biggest problem but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. My biggest issue is that I was charged extra for parking. It would be greatly appreciated if I was told that ahead of time. Also there was plenty of space for parking so I don’t understand why there would be an additional $10 per night.

I like that all the staff was very friendly and told us about all the amenities. They also gave us towels for the pool when it was out. The breakfast was great and the chef was very friendly and helpful. I do wish that they had mentioned that parking was not included in the price of the hotel cost.

The listing said pet friendly and I paid an extra $50 per night for this hotel because it was supposed to have a more desirable location and was pet friendly. When I checked in they said there is a $75 non-refundable pet deposit and put me in a horrible room with dog hair all over the floor that was not mine. I paid an extra $50 a night for what was supposed to be a better hotel and was duped into paying the pet fee. In all the room was $200 more than I signed up for with out any warning of extra pet fees.

The carpets were worn and visibly dirty in the lobby, hallways and elevator. The shower had dark moldy spots in the caulking. The air conditioner was loud and made an odd knocking noise when coming on. The staff were friendly. The location was very convenient for attending Indy Car races. It just needs some repairs and deep cleaning.
