We have problems with the deadbolt on our door. It did not prevent us from using the room or changing rooms. There was a little bit of garbage on the floor during breakfast, but in all, I thought the facility was very nice. The staff, all of them, were the nicest people in any state I’ve had in recent memory. I can’t even explain why, except that they just made me feel right at home. I did filter this property using the option of hotels with EV charging and they do not have a charger there. They do have one nearby and that is as much on me as anything. I suppose I should’ve called them first to make sure they had one. Your algorithm does not make it clear when you have an EV charger request in the filter that the hotels that pop up in front of me may or may not have them.

The room was amazing. However when I checked in I found they gave my reserved handicap room to someone else and the gal who checked me in said “whatever “. The bathroom not being handicap accessible was an issue. The checkout gal apologized several times which I appreciated.

Great location. If it was nicer weather would have been able to walk to the mall and the hospital where I was visiting someone. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and large. I definitely would stay there again!

The rooms were nice, staff at front desk was great. However the food services downstairs were very limited, additionally they were out of many items and on Sunday they didn’t open in the morning at all even for coffee.

Difficulty checking in.
No one at front desk to check us in. People were lining up and an employee said they should be there but we finally gave up and came back a few hours later and were able to check in then. The rest of our stay went well though.

Needs to be a little more accessible.
Staff was very friendly. Bed was a little firm for my taste but overall there was sufficient bedding and supplies. Toilet was very low and there were no bars to assist older people from using the unit.

Website claims there is room service. There isn’t and it’s the reason we chose to stay here so we could have a hot breakfast delivered to our room in the morning.

Although this property is next to the freeway, we slept well and found it to be fairly quiet. The bed was comfortable, and our room was exceptionally clean. The shower was spacious & had lots of nice hot water. The hotel staff were all friendly, professional, and very helpful. The only thing that made us uncomfortable was on arrival there appeared to be a couple of men walking through the parking lot looking in vehicles. There were no parking sites available in front of the hotel so we checked the back lot. It was very dark & empty. Fortunately when we drove back around the front, we found one empty site under a street light. The area apparently has a reputation for car break in & theft. Thankfully we did not experience this. Overall, it was a good stay & I would recommend staying there.

Nice hotel, lobby was inviting. We typically stay at Hampton but wanted to try something new do to lack of storage/room at Hampton. This was a bit better, awkward to get to the drawers under the desk. I think they need to update the mattresses though, not ideal for the back.
