“nice stay”
nice stay will stay again
“Good Location - we would stay there again.”
The hotel was completely booked and they had a Boys Softball Team, staying for the night. The Staff did an excellent job, trying to keep up with everyone, although you could tell it was a bit overwhelming. We caught some kids playing on the elevator, which held it up for an elderly couple, trying to get to their 4th floor room. The kids also invaded the pool area, which made it a bit crowded for the other guests. All in all, it was really good and we did just fine. Hats off to your staff, for keeping their cool and handling everything in a very professional manner. The beds were very comfortable. Easy access off of I-5.
“Traveling”
The room was very clean and the hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located for my business trip needs. I would like to return to the hotel for pleasure and view the surrounding area.
“Pleasant Stay”
Great room for the price. Beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. Location is literally minutes from freeway onramp/offramp but very quiet in the room. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Would stay there again.
“Comfortable Comfort Inn”
Recently renovated. Our room is nice and clean. Nice size bathroom. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast with scrambled eggs , sausages and waffles. Nice friendly staff. Check-out at 12noon is another plus.
“Perfect for Portland”
If you want to stay near downtown Portland, I think this is a greta place to stay. Clean and has a big breakfast in the morning. Fridge and Microwave, plus flat screen TV. Staff was very polite.
“Clean, friendly, and a couple minor quirks”
Good value. Hotel seemed clean and new. Staff was very nice. Bit of a funny smell in the hall and I'm not sure whether it was due to work being done on the parking lot (freshly resurfaced), or the smell of some kind of cleaner. Had to choose between a room in the middle of the hall w/good internet connection near noisy ice & vending machines, or quiet room at the end of the hall with poor internet connection.
“It worked for us”
About 6 blocks from the much pricier hotel/convention center. Walkable. Room was fine, but cleaning staff didn't abide by our desire to re-use towels. Free breakfast okay, but generates lots of trash. Desk staff generally friendly and helpful.
“double queuen room is too small”
This hotel had newly remodeled so almost everything looks quite good. But, the shower tub in the room I stayed wasn't new, the tile was cracked and you can see the black mold showing behind the thin layer of white caulk. we stayed at a double queuen bed room, the room is too small. We only had two carry-on luggages and hardly find enough space to fit them. It should probably be re-fitted as a one bed room. Breakfast was fairly good. Overall, I think it is a good stay if the price is cheap.
“Small room but nicely appointed”
Had to wait 5-10 minutes at front desk to check in as clerk was on his cell phone.
