“Acceptable”

“I said that I would recomend this motel and I would, given the right person.”
If you are fussy or maybe just more careful than I am, you will not like this one. It is kind of smelly and run down, but the location and the price made it okay for me and I plan to stay there again if I need a room in the area.
“okay economical”
While the rooms are listed as non-smoking they had obviously been smoking rooms at one time. Once you got use to the smell it was satisfactory. Bed was extreemly comfortable and the room was quiet. Would use this motel again in the future.
“very disappointed”
Ther TV did not work, room was very dirty and no clean towels, The dirty towels were in the room. Walls were very dirty. Never received clean towels.
“No more Ramada for us!!!”
My boyfriend and I decided to stay at the Ramada since it wasn't too far from Woodburn and the Washington Square Mall. We were on a shopping mission. Upon arrival to the hotel, we were greeted by men dressed in VERY CASUAL ATTIRE. It took nearly 15 to 20 minutes to check in since they didn't know how to use their own computer system. When we finally got to our room, we discovered the biggest mess in our room I had ever seen. Broken tiling, a cocking gun, and a screw driver were found on the floor of entrance of the room. The heat did not work, nor were the pillow clean (hair maybe?) We opted to leave but were convinced by management (the men at the front desk) to stay in one of their mini suites. Being that it was already 3AM we decided to stay although I slept on a blanket I got out of my trunk. My boyfriend now refuses to stay at any Ramada Hotel again. But the lesson to be learned - you get what you paid.
“Very disappointing for a Ramada”
On two seperate stays at this hotel there were no towels in the room when we arrived and we had to request them. The first time, the security clasp was missing and maintenence had to install it. Both times, the sliding glass door lock was inoperaable and vulnerable to burglary despite the fact it was on the second floor. The TV remotes were missing and instead we had to use a bulky, wired, game boy module.
“Do not stay here...”
This place is dirty, dirty, dirty. I seriously cannot say enough. There are too many other nice places to stay in the area. Don't wwaste your money! I wish I hadn't.
“This Motel is not good for this Neighborhood”
We reserved and stayed in a "mini-suite" and were greatly disappointed. We found the motel had fallen behind in maintenance or at least did not seem to be managed in such a way as to provide a good experience for the overnight guests. Our first room had a malfunctioning TV and a heater that did not work very well. The room was a non-smoking room but had the lingering after-smell of a room that had been smoked in and had not been properliy aerated. We were given a new room which had no window covering over the window which you must pass to go to the bathroom. The expected coffee pot in a mini-suite was not in attendance. The ice machine did not work, but that was OK as we did not have an ice bucket or cups any way. There were other amenities that if the basics had been taken care of, the place would have been a pleasant experience. However, In the morning there was an additional surprise, no hot water. One benefit of a cold shower is that it does make one alert. The managers were apologetic and it was probably not their fault but this motel was not doing good in this neighborhood. I would not recommend this motel until its owner attends to the proper maintenance and some updating to the facilities.
“Old beat up motel”
Old beat up motel, beds are hard as rocks, might as well sleep on the floor. Looks like they have monthly rentals, there were some really beat up looking curtains on several rooms.
