“Great Stay”

We travel a lot and I have to say the Vancouver Mall Best Western is one of the best values we've found. The entire facility is well-appointed and clean, from the lobby and pool areas to the spacious rooms, which include the convenience of a refrigerator and microwave. The tub/toilet are separated from the sink area for simultaneous grooming by multiple people. There are numerous outlets, an abundance of bath linens, and a great hairdryer. The complimentary breakfast features a variety of hot and cold foods in a very comfortable setting. Parking is ample and easily accessible. This is a very family-friendly property. Thanks for a great stay!

“great service at a reasonable price”

This hotel had all the amenities we desired (pool, hot tub, breakfast, and internet service) plus a large area to lounge at the entrance. The location near interstate 205 also allowed us to drive to the Portland airport in a short time. It is tucked back in a corner and was a little difficult to find at first which was its only negative. The staff was very helpful.

Staff unexperienced and not overly helpful. Full breakfast what used to be called continental bkfst. scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle maker toaster, various breads, muffins. cold cereals, etc.

“What a dive”

Cold dirty hot tub and clean room with very firm bed made our travel night extremely uncomfortable...really sorry I made this choice.
