“Nice place”
Looks like it has been newly remodeled. We stayed for a convention so we were not in the hotel much, but the beds were comfortable and the room had a microwave and fridge in it. Can't complain! Would definitely stay there again.

“Great deal thru Expedia, will stay again”
We stayed in Porterville to work on our rental property and were thrilled w/the Best Western. We saved quite a bit through Expedia. The bath had granite counters & granite shower walls. The fridge is taller/larger than you find in most hotels. All rooms are accessed via hallways; some rooms face the pool while others face the street or parking lot. The outside rooms are insulated enough you can't hear much traffic. Pool's open till 11pm, std breakfast w/a hotel employee in attendance to make sure nothing ran out and to make sure the tables were clean as people came and went. The only thing we'll do differently next time is bring a soft pillow of our own; there were 4 on each bed but they were firmer than we prefer. KUDOS to the employees and management at this location.
“Convenient and comfy”
Very friendly staff and very easy going. Denny's is located right behind the hotel, and Burger King around the corner for late night snacks! Good price too.
“Central Valley Comfort”
I'm used to staying at full service hotels but this Best Western was very comfortable and clean. I didn't dread coming back to the room after a long day of hiking.

Beautiful decor. Very, very nice bathroom... it has granite counter tops and a large shower. The bed was extremely comfortable. Good breakfast. Helpful, smiling staff. Tripple A should review this place again-it's more than the 2 they give it. And, no I don't work for them!
“its just ok”
I say its just ok..... at night I had problems with dogs barking all night long (lucky for me I was soooooooooo tired I just knocked out, didn't even have time to call front desk)
“Best Western Porterville”
The room was comfortable and looked good. The shower and bath was really well designed and the waterfall/rain shower head was a great additoin. However, we felt that having to sign out towels to use poolside and then check them back in was odd.
“Nice for Porterville”
It was a bit expensive for a hotel in Porterville, but it is an all around nice hotel to stay at when visiting Porterville if you can afford it. The breakfast area was very clean and well stocked. Everyone who worked there seemed friendly and helpful.
“Satisfactory service with exceptions.”
Systems issues: Air conditioner extremely noisy. Upon arrival at the hotel in the evenings my access card had to be remagnetized 9/21 and 9/22 to enter room. This meant going to the front desk both days. Customer Service: Customer service attendants were friendly and respectful.
