This is a very nice hotel in downtown Port Huron where everything is right there! The only thing that I could comment on that needs improvement is the continental breakfast could be better. Very nice staff!

Staff were amazing both at check in and out. The conversion of the historic national bank is superbly done. The hotel has a lovely shop managed by the lovely Jennifer who will find you what you need. I spent 2 nights in March 2024 and will certainly come back to City flats in Port Huron instead of staying in Troy or downtown Detroit

The room was nicely done are provided ample room for me and my three friends. The staff were friendly and the parking was right behind the building. We were able to walk right downtown to bars and restaurants. I would recommend if you need a place in downtown Port Huron,

Loved it! Clean, funky modern room with comfortable bedding (mattresses are on the soft side). So quiet compared to chain hotels with pools out on Water St. that have kids running the halls at 11:30. Floors are uncarpeted so maybe chilly feet in winter if bathroom is on exterior wall. Parking on deck attached to back is convenient; we had trouble navigating to front desk because of how building is chopped up between the original bank and the new addition.

We loved our stay here! The room was beautiful and the staff were super friendly. Parking was easy and the hotel had a great view. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a cheap, clean, beautiful hotel!

Newly renovated historical small town hotel. Many walkable options including a new conservation walk along the lake. Hope for this town’s future with the vibe of young people pushing forward in the surrounding restaurants

We stayed in Early September on our way to Niagara Falls. Our room was not cleaned. Staff admitted that they had someone quit and were challenged to get things done. Simply gave us a sheet to cover the old sheets that were not cleaned. Many many calls to management regarding this terrible experience have gone unanswered. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Great Place
Everything was great. Clean, timely check in, extremely friendly staff. Had a great stay. My only suggestion is to possibly leave one of those multi cord universal phone chargers in the rooms.

AMAZING staff and great facilty
an amazing repurposing of a 100yr old bank building! very modern and fresh but I had booked a king bed room and got a room with 2-doubles. when i asked about it (after i got to my room) there was no other rooms available but i did get a refund for the difference. staff was WAY BEYOND friendly and accommodating! i recommend staying here if for nothing else than them

This property was AMAZING!! It’s a beautifully restored old historic building which by itself is impressive. The rooms are unique and spectacular! The accommodations in the room are top notch. Bed and pillows for sure were the best to give a good nights sleep. Will absolutely return.
