The hotel is conveniently located for us but unfortunately there was building work on a property across from the entrance which wasn’t pleasant to see. Not the fault of the hotel of course. The reception area is pleasant and has an open lounge included. There was no nice view from our room window but we didn’t suffer noise or inconvenience from the works outside. We didn’t dine in-house so can’t comment on dining facilities but they looked ok. Our room was a good size and extremely clean but didn’t have a safe or a fridge to keep our water cold. There were no extra toiletries apart from soap on the shower wall and small bars of hand soap. No shampoo or body lotion in small containers. However the towels were good quality. The tv was tiny. We will probably stay elsewhere next time we visit Vigo.

The hotel was under construction so we had to go through a service elevator in a back area that was in shambles. The room Was uncomfortably warm as there was no a/c. The entire building smelled of cigarettes

Great base for exploring
Great basic hotel with helpful staff. A good base for exploring Vigo's old town which is a short walk away. Only 5 minutes from the main train station with Pontevedra, Santiago de Compostela and Porto just a short journey away.

Worth a stay for sure.
Everything was great at this hotel except that it was so overheated (and u adjustable) that I had to sleep with my window open all the way, and not have any covers over me...and, it was 45f/7c outside

Very good hotel:)
Very good hotel,close to restaurants,shopping,supermarket,cruiseterminal.Everything is within walking distance from the hotel.Hotelroom was nice and clean,free wireless internett.Did miss a fridge and maybe some english speaking tvchannels,there was also no view here since the hotel is right in the citycenter.

O parque de estacionamento que disponibilizam, a pagar, é recomendado apenas para carros pequenos. Dificuldade em estacionar e a manobrar o carro dentro do próprio parque.

Grosse Suite, aber eine Renovation nötig.
Suite gross. Klimaanlage laut. Kein Kühlschrank 2 TV, aber nur eine Fernbedienung , die nicht richtig funktionierte. Ab den 2.Tag funktionierte Türschloss nicht mehr. Ich musste jeweils die Türe von der Rezeption öffnen lassen.

Limpieza. Amplia habitación. Cómoda. Céntrico. Amabilidad del personal. Comida del restaurante es excelente. - Personal de Limpieza comprueban demasiado temprano si hay huéspedes en la habitación. Si no dejas por la noche la tarjeta de "No molestar" abren la puerta. Deberían buscar una solución.

engaño total
Engaño a partir de disponibilidad gratis de parking. Parking deficiente para el movimiento del coche. En el menú media pensión, no entraba ninguna clase de bebida. Ni agua. El servicio de habitaciones no existía. Tuvimos que adelantar la estancia en Vigo al día 8 de Septiembre, en lugar de lo pre-contratado, hasta el día 20 de Septiembre. Dejamos hoja de reclamación en hotel, que completaremos con otra a la Comunidad de Galicia.

En general bien, si no fuese por el ruido de unos motores en el patio donde dan las habitaciones como la nuestra (503), durante toda la noche. No hay nevera, por lo demas sin problemas lo están reformando, esperemos que lo solucionen todo para cuando termine la reforma.

Atención, limpieza, desayuno comodidad de cama...todo bien, claramente Recomendable. Solo tuve el pequeño problema de que me toco dando a un patio donde había maquinas de aire acondicionado o similar que hacían algo de ruido
