“Stay at Marina Atlantico Hotel”
We had a really good expierence and stay with the Mariana Hotel. The people were very helpful and friendly. Would come and stay again and refer hotel to friends and family
“Well situated hotel”
This hotel is very modern, clean and probably appealing to the higher end of the accommodation market in Ponta Delgada. Get an ocean view if you can as the mountains are quite often clouded over, plus there is a very busy scene of the public swimming pool, marina and the arcade with lots of restaurants and shops right in front of the hotel. On the down side, you do need a car to get around this beautiful island but the hotel only offers 1 night free parking. After that parking is Euro7.50 per night. Parking is limited around the hotel and parking on the pavement (which many do) may cost you a parking fine! Breakfast is good, service is prompt and the barman knows his drinks very well. Would definately recommend this hotel.
“good hotel well positioned”
very nice, clean hotel right on sea front and handy for all amenities. only problem when i was there was the hotel had a few coach loads of tourists which made breakfast very busy and not enough room for all the people. apart from that it was a really good stay.
“Good hotel in good location”
Very good location for the city itself and local restaurant.
“Good Value”
An excellent hotel right on the front by the marina and within walking distance of the main areas of Ponta Delgada. One tip though, it can be difficult to have an evening meal in the hotel if your not half board, but on the plus side there are many very good resraunts within walking distance.
“Nice hotel”
Was good, but the AC did not work in the room. The free Internet was very slow, they need to upgrade the service. The breakfast was excellent! Pick a room with a view of the ocean, it is well worth it!
