Un super hôtel près du centre de Ponta Delgad
Un bel hôtel de très bon standing avec un personnel qualifié font de celui-ci un point de chute idéal si l'on veut visiter Sao Miguel. Notre chambre au 6 ème étage (chbre 613), nous a permis de jouir d'une vue splendide sur la mer et le port. Les chambres sont modernes avec tout le confort nécessaire. Une machine à café Nespresso et du thé, des pantoufles et peignoirs sont aussi à disposition. Les chambres sont très propres et bien entretenues avec une décoration sobre et tendance. Le petit-déjeuner est complet avec beaucoup de choix, le personnel de salle est très attentionné et à l'écoute de vos demandes. Le personnel du Front Desk est très aimable et vous renseigne sans soucis sur les activités et excursions possibles sur l'île. Les portiers sont aussi agréables et donnent un petit plus à cet hôtel qui mérite bien ses 5 étoiles. Tout le personnel fait un gros effort pour parler français. Bref un hôtel très cosy, nous y retournerons les yeux fermés pour un prochain séjour.

The Grand Hotel was indeed that, GRAND! It is very well appointed with a soothing color scheme based on historic nautical charts, documents, and equipment from the founding company that owns this hotel. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, had a wide variety of options, and the wait staff were very attentive, professionally dressed, and anticipated our needs. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Ponta Delgada!
