“overall very nice”
It appears the hotel is in the middle or renovations overall it was very good mainly the staff was very helpful and friendly.
“Great experience”
We were attending an event at William Paterson University, and chose to stay at the Best Western Regency House Hotel & Suites based on some reviews. It more than exceeded our expectations. The hotel looks like it has recently undergone extensive renovations. The three rooms I saw (several friends and I each had rooms) all had whirlpool tubs, and everything appeared to be spotless. We did not make use of the breakfast, so I can't comment on that. We would happily stay here again.

I would tell all the people i know to go to the hotel , if they have to be in the area and have to stay over , go to this place.
“Nice Hotel”
Hotel was very nice and clean. Room had a flat panel TV, frige, microwave, and a whirlpool tub. Staff was both courteous and helpful. Breakfast was great. Hotel was undergoing some renovation work but it was not an inconvience in any way. About a thirty minute commute to NYC. I would definetly stay again.

scenery was great with snow and ambiance...everything was great my wife suggested another trip very soon with the kids this time.
“Best Western Regency House”
Stayed there while in the area for a funeral. The hotel has been undergoing some renovation. Lobby area was large and clean and had two large flat panel TVs. Desk staff very pleasant and accomodating. Housekeepers smiled and said good morning. Room was large, well-kept. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Nice flat panel TV. On the downside, no restaurant except for breakfast (typical buffet) and banquets. Lounge was undergoing renovations, too.

I appreciated the wifi in the room at NO addtional charge, unlike the hotels we stayed at in the DC and VA.

The room was spacious and clean and very satisfying. Customer service was excellent. We missed the complimentary breakfast this time. Next time I will be sure to wake up to enjoy it.
“Will definitely return”
Spacious rooms (beyond expectations), clean, friendly staff with one exception (breakfast lady was way too defensive, made it a little unpleasant). Bar not open yet (renovations) but looked like a nice modern place. Need a car, but with that the location was good for our needs (shopping!). Several restaurants in the area, nothing fancy but quite acceptable. If you're looking for a nice place that's not too fancy at a good price, this is just right for you. We certainly intend to go back.
“Best Hotel, Best price”
Like a new hotel. We heard it was completely refurbished recently and WOW what a job. Looks like a five star hotel in lobby and halls. Rooms are beautiful, clean, beds are perfect (and were picky) , bathrooms are clean(no surprises), big TV in HD and free long distance!!!!!! Yes we called Ontario for free from this hotel. Kids will love the massive pool with REAL deep end. A beautiful and complete breakfast rounds out your stay. Its held in a plush conference room. But the best part?CHEAP. It was a bit of a last minute deal, but I dont think it was much more normally. The only glitch to this place is its accessability. Concrete barriers prevent you from just turning in. You must pass it and go to a "jug handle", then go back. I was not familiar with this and was christened into New Jersey by getting world class gestures and horns from the locals as I tried to turn left at an intersection. But i'd do it again!
