Hotel et personnel accueillants.
Un court séjour, 5 jours exactement. Je n'ai pris qu'un repas le soir et un petit déjeuner c'était ordinaire. Le reste du temps j'étais chez ma fille. Je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de profiter de la terrasse extérieur ni de la piscine mais tout semblait très correct. Internet fonctionnait parfaitement.

Pratique et coherent
Le choix de cet hotel réponds à une logique de placement en plein centre ville, un réel niveau de finition, un service discret et efficace. Chambres calmes et propres. Restaurant avec un vaste choix de plats. Un bon endroit pour travailler efficacement

Beau d'exterieur mais
Très belle façade extérieur, l’intérieur est un peu bling bling. La qualité du matelas est bonne mais le gros point négatif de la chambre est que la couette n'est pas mise dans un drap housse, mais simplement posée sur un simple drap !! Coté salle de bains, il est temps de changer le pommeau de douche, le rideau et la baignoire. Le restaurant et limité en terme de choix et ne propose pas de spécialités locales (seulement des spécialités libanaises). Un hotel au tarifs un peu trop élevés au vue de ses prestations et état général typique des vieux hotels africains.

ACCUEIL et CARACTERE
Bonjour, Merci pour la gentillesse et le professionalisme de tout le Personnel. Une grande réactivité de la part de la Direction pour satisfaire la clientèle. Très bon séjour à l'Atlantic Palace Hôtel, belle demeure, qui mérite son nom de "Palace", agréable pour un séjour Professionnel avec ses grands salons, également très adapté pour séjour en famille, beau jardin paysager et une immense piscine où l'on peut prendre un verre ou ses repas, possibilité de se réunir avec nombreuses personnes. Les salles de repas sont très spacieuses, le choix et la qualité de la cuisine y compris le petit déjeuner y sont appréciés. Bien situé dans la ville de Pointe Noire. La commodité de se déplacer grâce aux nombreux taxis. Encore merci pour l'accueil à L'Atlantic Palace Hôtel. Bravo Monsieur le Directeur. Nicole

Nicely positioned in the City with access to major banks, cafeterias and transportation. The hotel is managed by Lebanese it seems, resulting in degraded service quality. At times I see Lebanese guys at the reception desk, sometimes a woman of Lebanese descent or similar…. The hotel is not as glamorous as I thought

A peaceful sanctuary
Good quiet hotel in a good location but a bit dated. Nice pool, food was above average and the staff where very friendly and helpful. Happy to go back on my next trip.

Hotel rooms are a bit dated but functional and clean. Breakfast is generally good but maybe not worth the 10k CFA charge. Gym is of a good standard.

Hotel is kept clean and tidy. Few if any mosquitos in rooms which is a big plus as no nets. Food is of a reasonable standard although breakfast was not as good as the last time I stayed. Efficient check in and out and sorted my faulty safe very quickly.

hotel shape is fine and well maintained. Service can vary heavily. Not impressed in general when things don't go "their way". Very expensive for what you get in return. I feel cheated during this stay.

Dont expect standard services which you get in branded hotels 3.Shifted from large room to smaller room in the middle of my stay on the pretext of some ongoing maintenance 4. Dont expect any local information from concierge / reception as they are not interested to answer any queries 5. if you wish to have breakfast in the room, only a standard breakfast / cannot be modified @ USD 20+ Pros 1. Restaurant manager was very helpful, very unlike rest of hotel staff

Not bad for Pointe-Noire
Considering what is available in the area, the hotel is not a bad choice. Rooms were not bad, food was nice and services more than acceptable. For a business trip or a 2-3 days stay this should work fine for most travelers.

Convenient location for business visit
It seems overpriced for what it is but I expect all other hotels may be the same. Service I did not find great and the use of the gym is very restricted, which was dissapointing. I will try a different hotel next time

I wouldn't rate it as five star hotel
Personel at the front desk is not that helpful and kind. They don't explain anything at check-in. Even the room number and the floor. You have to find it out by your extra effort. And don't exchange money at the hotel. They are doing it in an unofficial way and have a very low rate. The rooms are large enogh but they have this havy wooden furniture smell which is not good. And the decoration is obviously old. Comparing the hotel price and the service you are given, i wouldn't rate this hotel more than three star.

Generally very good considering the options and location. Pretty clean and overall good service, though one cockroach found in bedroom one evening. Pool looked good though didn't get opportunity to try out.

Voor een 4 sterren hotel in die prijscategorie verwacht ik snellere bediening en stabiel Wifi netwerk. De prijzen voor eten en drinken waren abnormaal hoog. Avondje drinken kost zo EUR 200,-. Wel ziet het hotel er prachtig uit.

The stay was great but there was some noise by employees in the very early hours of the morning which disturbed my sleep on some days. The breakfast buffet was rather monotonous. The reception staff were not so friendly at check in. Otherwise a good hotel in a great location.

Overall good hotel with friendly service. My room was below expected standard but a very nice garden and perfect pool are like an oasis that make you forget the dusty roads of Congo.

Excellent Hotel
An excellent hotel, and a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of Pointe Noire. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and during my 3 days there I saw no mosquitos or bugs in the room at all, which is unusual for west africa accommodation. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I stayed for 3 days on business and will definitely stay here on my next trip to Pointe Noire.
