“Hôtel a-story à Plzen rép. Tchèque : amélioration nécessaire”

Hôtel récent, bien entretenu mais hélas avec un service inefficace en ce qui concerne le service d'étage : les gobelets en plastique ne sont pas remplacés quotidiennement, le lit est fait à la "va-vite", la poussière sur les étagères de l'armoire n'est pas enlevée pour notre arrivée. Une ampoule HS disposée à côté de la lampe n'est pas remplacée et ce, jusqu'à la fin du séjour. La jeune fille chargée de l'entretien nous a "fait la gueule" dès que nous nous avons signalé ces divers désagréments à la réception. Aucun responsable ou gérant n'est sur place, vu le peu d'occupants, ça évite un salaire sans doute. Les repas sont bons mais le service est très moyen, le dernier soir, nous avons été servis par la réceptionniste alors qu'un serveur était présent. Comme plusieurs soirs, nous n'étions que deux à dîner. Cet hôtel semble déserté. Rien d'étonnant car, pour un 4 étoiles, on est en droit d'attendre nettement mieux. Bref si nous retournons vers Plzen, nous changerons d'établissement.
