“Helpful and friendly staff”
the breakfast cooks were great, polite and helpful. When we needed directions for a local establishment the staff was helpful in getting us the proper info. When we wanted local news the registration clerk told us which newspaper would have the information we needed.
“Hilton Inn”
We frequently stay in hotels in Livermore as our boys live there. We usually stay in 3hotels depending on which end of town our sons live, the LaQuinta, Hampton and now the Hilton. We will definitely stay at the Hilton again. The LaQuinta is ok but has loud parties on the weekends so will not be staying there again. We were very impressed with the Hilton.
“Great stay, slow elevator”
Everything was great during my stay there. My only complaint would be that the elevator was annoyingly slow. Other than that, everything was great!
“Family get together”
Nice, clean, rooms. Great to have indoor pool for the kids. Extremely kind front desk help. A super value for the money!
“The staff was fabulous!”
All the staff I came in contact with couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. They went out of their way to take care of us, from allowing a slightly early check-in to finding laundry soap that I could use to wash the girls uniforms. I stay in hotels fairly often and I can't remember ever have the quality of service from every single staff member I dealt with. In particular, the front desk clerk (I think her name was Jamie was outstanding). The warm cookies were great too, overall a great stay. The room was nice, clean and comfortable, what I expected.

“Good for travel”
Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Noise from the hallway way easily traveled into the room. Dining was a mix of really good (seafood fettuccini and chocolate cake) and really bad (shrimp cocktail and chef salad).
“Registration Staff”
I was very disappointed in the way the check-in was handled. I arrived at the motel around 1:30pm for check in and was told the rooms were not ready and to return about 2:30 or 3pm. I told them I would do so but I wanted to be sure I was given a king bed, non-smoking, and top level floor. I was assured this would be taken care of. When I arrived at 4:30 pm for check-in and they had me assigned to a bottom level floor with 2 double beds. When I told them I requested a top level, they placed me in a handicap accessible room directly across from the elevator door. This was a noisey location.
“Look elsewhere”
If you value your comfort and sleep, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a room. There a number of hotels literally across the street from this one and it is virtually impossible to be less satisfied by staying at one of the competitors. This hotel is either extremely old or incredibly poorly maintained. If any one of your neighbors turns on the shower or flushes the toilet, the noise generated by the pipes is sufficient to awaken the dead. You may think you have stayed at a hotel where this has happen to you and that this facility could not top your past experiences, but you're in for a treat. Although if your neighbors are allergic to water and never use the toilet, you may just get plenty of rest. If you want to watch some TV, make sure your remote works (mine didn't - nope, not even the replacement). There are at least 4 other hotels within walking distance of this one. Don't stay here. You'll regret it. I know I regretted it and by then all the other ones were booked. Yes, I went to every single one of them to check for rooms.
