“Mostly pros, one con.”
Expensive valet parking required otherwise a very nice place to stay.
“Great Hotel!”
This is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are spacious and even though we had 5 people staying in our room, we were comfortable. The staff responded very quickly to our requests (extra towels, more coffee for in room coffee maker). Breakfast is included and has both self serve hot foods & pastries, cereal, juice, fresh fruit, as well as made to order omelets, pancakes, waffles. Right across the street from BART station to take train into S.F. city, very convenient. Right off exit to expressway into city as well. Valet parking, although pricey was convenient as well, and we had no problem with our vehicle while parked there. Very quick to bring it around as well. Indoor pool was smallish but nice enough for my kids to swim around and enjoy. I would definitely stay again.
“EXCELLENT AND VERY ACCOMODATING SERVICE STAFF, & ENVIRONMENT”
AS NOTED ABOVE, MY WIFE & I WERE DELIGHTED WITH OUR STAY, AND FOUND THE STAFF PARTICULARLY ACCOMODATING. OF NOTE WAS THE KITCHEON STAFF AND THE WAY THEY MANAGED THE COMPLEMENTARY BREAKFAST, AND THE VALET PARKING STAFF. MY ONLY CRITICISM WAS THAT THE VALET SERVICE, WHILE EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY, WAS EXPENSIVE, WHICH INHIBITED ME FROM LEAVING A LARGER "TIP FOR THE EXCELLENT STAFF.
“Too Many Extra Costs”
I did not like the fact that I had to pay $16 a day to park and that internet service was extra. I would have assumed it would be included. I personally won't stay there again even though the hotel was beautiful.
“Convenient and hospitable”
Although this hotel is large, it make me feel at home. I've stayed there each year I traveled to California. The morning breakfast is a favorite.
“Great hotel in Walnut Creek”
I LOVE this hotel. It far exceeded my expectations. It was extremely comfortable, clean and beautifully laid out. Breakfast was included and it was nice to have someone cook eggs to my liking. I had previously stayed at another hotel in the same area, I wish I had stayed at the Embassy Suites all along.
“Great Hotel”
My girls and I had a great time at the Embassy Suites. We can for my brothers wedding. The rooms were nice and big and there were lots of outlets for 5 girls to get all dolled up! We also loved the heated pool and spa and the hot breakfast buffet!

Nice views of SF Bay & airport runways Small local park & lagoon good for morning/evening stroll or jogging BART parking at Millbrae St Extra cost for internet in room, but it is available at business centre
“LUV Embassy Suites”
You can't go wrong staying at the Embassy Suites. I have never had a bad experience while staying here. It is comfortable, clean and convenient. Everyone loves the wonderful breakfast spread. The kids love the pool and adults love the happy hour! Win,Win!!!
“Great Hotel Chain”
I stay at them as often as possible. Highly recommended.
