“Warm and wonderful staff”

Our stay at the Diablo Mountain Inn was everything I hoped and expected it would be. The staff was sooo warm and friendly and the hotel was cozy, inviting, convenient and just what my family needed. I felt like i was at a bed and breakfast and made new friends with both staff and other hotel guests and felt like I was at home. I cannot wait to return to the Diablo Mountain Inn!!

“Very nice if you're on a budget”

As a student I had to go with a lower priced hotel, and I must say I was very happy with my stay here. It is a rather simple motel, but very clean and comfortable (though the bed was a tad springy) It is noisy, but I enjoy road noise so I actually liked the sound. I intend on coming back to the inn again next time I return.

“Nice place to stay”

What a charming ivy covered little 50s motel. Recently upgraded bathrooms, new tile, etc. Very, very clean and cute! Friendly, eager staff. Right off the freeway and a block from downtown Walnut Creek. The only drawback was freeway noise, because it is right off the freeway. I'd go back.

“a nice, clean hotel with very affordable room rate”

My husband and I stayed at Diablo Mountain Inn for one night because I had a job interview in Walnut Creek area. The staff were very kind and polite. The room was very clean, and comfortable. The free breaskfast was also served in the morning. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone; very affordable room rate.

“Will choose this hotel next time we go to Walnut Creek!”

Very cozy and comfortable. A one story inn with drive up rooms. Spacious clean country French style rooms. Close to freeway, easy to find, a little noisy outside but inside no noiticeable noise. Convenient location.

“Quite impressed”

I stayed here while in town for a friend's wedding, and I was impressed by its quality considering its price. I've paid similar rates for hotels much less satisfactory. My room was cute and clean, and there was a HUGE closet. It's a great deal. Plus, it's in a great location -- there are tons of shops down the street and a 24-hour pharmacy a couple of blocks away. Oh, and the shower stayed hot -- a major must for me!
