Overall was a 3 because we stayed for 2 nights and both night, we had loud noises from the room across from our room. I told the front desk and they sent a security but he did not knock on the door. Just said he didn’t hear anything. We heard a couple arguing loudly at midnight through 2am. We did call the front desk again and we didn’t hear or see anyone to ask them to keep it down. They kept arguing in the morning when we had woken up to check out. The stay was good but the inconvenience of noise and two restless nights was horrible.

I didn't like the AC unit as there was no way to turn it off. You could only adjust the temperature so it turned on and off all night, which made us unhappy!

Christmas 2023
Lovely and relaxing 3 nights over the Christmas weekend. Check in was very welcoming. We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and we always enjoyed the M Lounge, for extra charge. We were informed that due to the Christmas holiday, the M Lounge was short staffed and so we were given three $10 vouchers. Our room, the 2 beds, pillows, the bathroom, Smart TV and the breakfast buffet all met our expectations. Take out dinner from the hotel’s kitchen ok. We will definitely come back someday.

Terrible water pressure in the shower!
Everything about the hotel was good except for the water pressure in the shower. It was sort of like being misted and hard to wash hair! Breakfast was quite good quality and the room was nice.

I reserved a king size bed/ room. They put me in an ada room with two standard size beds. I couldn’t even sleep with my husband as we are both tall and couldn’t fit together on the standard bed. We had to sleep separately for a company holiday party function.

The review would be listed below but not limited to: Please take a moment and go through all : There are few things that definitely require to be updated / added: -In-room coffee maker -In-room A/C was super LOUD! It woke me up literally every night ! -Bathrobe (poor quality) -Bathroom slippers ( wasn’t available at the time) -Extremely shocking experience while the facility went out of power!! One and the only plus point Housekeeping was satisfying ! So shout-out to the cleaning crew!

The hotel is very well appointed, and is conveniently located. Staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good. We would stay here again. Highly recommended.

The staff was so amazing. Especially the lady at the front desk! She’s was extremely welcoming and nice. I forgot my jacket there after checkout and when I called she made sure to contact housekeeping immediately. I was on hold for just a few minutes and she still made sure to update me while they were still looking for my jacket. Ultimately it was found and I got my jacket back at the front desk. She was just the nicest person!! Give her a raise for customer service being on point! The breakfast was great too! Lots of options. All of us enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back! This time a little noisy for me.
This was my second stay at Marriott. I look for quiet places to rest. This time it was noisy with a lot of screaming kids and after 10pm, the intoxicated parents were even worse. The breakfast was great, but not sure the Marriott will be my first choice.
