I would love to give this a 5 star rating. Staff was great and the facilities were clean. The style and decor was mostly nice but a few things felt mismatched, to each their own preference. We were very disappointed with the level of noise that came into the room. We were far from the elevators and I have always had a quieter experience next to one. Neighbors above, and next to us could be heard, even snoring. Opening of caninets, chairs moving and thumping resonated. I have never complained about a noisy hotel until this experience. If noise and light sleep could be a problem, then I can’t recommend.

My wife and I have stayed in a couple of other hotels in the area and this one was the best experience. We brought our small dog with us and had to pay an extra 75. Definitely liked this hotel the best around the location. The only annoyance was the room key didn't work initially, and then after I got a new room key that worked, it stopped working the next morning. Weird.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for nearly 6 weeks while trying to find a home after moving from Atlanta to Livermore (with two dogs!) and I couldn't be more grateful to the staff at Home2Suites. They were kind, patient with our needs, supportive and friendly. The free breakfast was delicious. The rooms were spotless (we were in a double and then moved to a king.). We had everything we needed and even with two dogs, we had enough room to feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit the Livermore area!

The room is big and so close to Costco. I walked there from the hotel. The breakfast has a lot of options like sandwiches, waffles and oatmeal. We will probably stay here every time we are in town!

Over all a very comfy place to stay for the weekend. Minor issue is the front automatic door opens slow so you tend to have to be right infront waiting for it to open. The "insert card for power" thing needs a bit of explaining: put the card in and manually turn on or off things you want otherwise if you pull the card it ALL turns off...

Elizabeth at the front desk was a truly wonderful human being. She was more than just warm and welcoming. She was accommodating, kind, and truly a ray of sunshine for us in the middle of a difficult day and night. She even made me a cup of coffee just the way I like after hearing. That we were up all night with our two-year-old and 4-month-old. She was kind to us and our kids and everyone else she was interacting with in the lobby. It was the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Better even than some other full-service, high-end hotels. The room was clean and very spacious. We will definitely stay here again. It was the perfect spot to stop and break up a long road trip with kids and a dog.

Definitely will be staying here again! Was worth the price! Super clean, cozy/comfortable. Great location, close to shopping and dinning. This was our first time staying at any Home2Suites. We were very impressed!! The manager, she was super sweet & helpful. The breakfast is great, something for everyone & fresh, not to mention delicious.

Nice and clean, lot of space in the parking log, easy access to and from freeway, Costco is right next to the hotel that makes it very convenient for shopping for groceries and gasoline.

The service at reception from Emma was excellent. Very professional and helpful! Unfortunately during my stay there was an odd smell in the room that was never resolved, when I brought it during my check out to another staff... The response was somewhat of a "Brush off".

I booked the last room with 2 queen beds and when I went to check-in, they had given it away. However, they didn’t realize it. I ended up getting the keys to the room and walked in on a man in bed, snoring. They moved me to a 1-bed room and I had 3 adults with me. It was made more inconvenient by the fact that this all occurred after an all day, long drive into town and it was past midnight. We were exhausted and got a horrible nights sleep.

Great trip
My family and I stayed there because we had a big family celebration near by. It was very nice and clean. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Check in was fast and easy. The room was clean and very spacious. We went swimming the first night there and pool was clean. My husband loved that the hotel was right next to Costco. We will definitely come back.
