“Will stay here the next time I go to the area”
It honestly was my first stay in a hotel, so I didn't really know what to expect. It was comfortable. I didn't miss home.

We had a real good experience staying here. Room was comfortable and clean with a good view for a reasonable price
“I'd stay here again”
The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable & having a fridge and microwave was a real plus. The shopping malls are close by as are many decent restaurants. We will definitely stay there again if passing through Plattsburgh again. Due to its central location, we used Plattsburgh as a base to travel into Vermont on the first day and to Lake Placid on the 2nd day. Coming back to the Holiday Inn at the end of each day was very pleasant.

hotel was quiet. no door slamming of rooms or enterence ways. rooms, as well as public areas were clean.

Goond comfort, a bit expensive for regular room, but i'm really satisfied
“Great value”
The hotel has recently been renovated. My husband & I went for a week-end getaway. We had a King sized bed leisure room. There was a great comfy chair with an Ottoman and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but other than that the room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately, it rained all week-end so we took the car every where but it's in a great location to walk to the Champlain Centers Mall and/or Walmart. Staff was friendly. A cold breakfast was included and my husband, who was pretty hungry, says we should have gone to Friendlys! :) Oh and as a nice treat, the hotel soaps & shampoos are from Bath & Body works!
“long weekend”
We recently spent labour day weekend at this hotel and we could not have been more pleased with our choice . Everything was great, very clean, and close by to the shopping center and restaurants.
“Perfect hotel for the purpose”
Good location in Pittsburgh Extremely friendly staff The Free continental breakfast has a good selection (hot Breakfast available in same kitchen for $$) - This is the best setup I have seen and works out awesome for most people.. The hotel was in a brand new state!! Good pool+ gym+ hot tub If I return to this area... we will definitely stay here!!
“Holiday Inn at Plattsburgh-great stay”
The Holiday Inn at Plattsburgh is where I will be each time I need to visit my SUNY Plattsburgh student! Close to the campus-clean and quiet...great value with the continental breakfast included.
“Great Location”
The hotel was under renovation, which I totally understand, but at times it was inconvenient. The biggest complaint I had was that I called and asked for a different pillow as the one I had used the first night gave me a knot in my neck. They offer different types of pillows, just call and ask for one. So I did, and it never showed up in the 2 hours before I went to bed. I had to call the next day, and it came up right away. A minor inconvenience, but the rest was great! Location was great, especially since I had to travel 1/2 hour to work every day. It was good to get back into the area and have everything within 1/4 mile from the hotel.
