“Best Western at Smithfiled”

The hotel was extremely nice and clean. It was located in a great area close to restaurants and shopping facilities. The hotel personnel/employees were very responsive to my needs, very helpful and courteous. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone for business and/or pleasure.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff throughout the hotel was very friendly and courteous. The continental breakfast was awesome. Only drawback is that it is a totally non-smoking facility. Don't mind going outside to smoke but it was pouring rain some of the time. Overall it was a great experience.

“Plattsburgh's best kept secret - great room with hot tub and cheap!”

Hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good with very little wait. Great executive suite - hot tub was awsome and room was top notch. The bed was so comfortable we ordered the same one when we got home. No Smoking and they mean it, but its worth running outside for all the extras included.

Proche de l'autoroute et du centre commercial Champlain Centre. Hôtel familial et bien entretenu. Belle piscine intérieure. Buffet chaud gratuit le matin. Chambres rénovées et propres. Personnel accueillant et courtois. Internet gratuit dans la chambre mais très lent. Salle de bain complète et rideau de douche impeccable. Petit frigidaire et micro-onde. Petit bémol: système de chauffage très bruyant dans la chambre. Nous y retournerons.

“very pleased”

We so enjoyed our stay. Staff so friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the indoor pool-clean and quiet.Restaurant attached (99) was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely go back.
