The rooms have a single serving coffee pot but the coffee filters were for 4 cups of coffee. When I inquired at the front desk she said that is all they had. Just use it four times........ummmm She Must not be a coffee drinker as that is not how that works.

Overall, the hotel is fine, but the carpet in the rooms is pretty dirty. On our second night, a group of people yelled and stomped up and down the hallway all night, followed by someone pounding on another room's door extremely loudly. Didn't get any sleep. Otherwise, the staff is nice. This is just your typical 2-star hotel.

One lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing we didn't get into plainewell till 4:00 so when i went it the computer says we were a no show well obviously we showed up and our keys were laid out! So she went ahead and gave us our room!! Thank God it was 4:00am and we just drove 5 hours. The next day some other lady maybe the owner or manager im not sure what she was besides rude. She came to our room the next day at like 12 and said if you cant pay you all need to leave i had the money to pay so i told her she didn't have to be so rude the only reason the first payment didn't go through cause my card was locked so i told her please try it again then she said if you don't have the money you can leave there was no reason she needed to talk down to me and my boyfriend.. If it was not last minute we would of left right then and there i really wish i new her name id love for others to know how rude this lady was!!

Overall it was a nice place and stay. An entry door we parked by to use did not work and the workout equipment in the fitness room was broke and not working very well

Pool was too cool for us to swim. Also, the water in the shower never got hot. It got warm at best. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were nice.

Impossible to Sleep!
Our stay was terrible! The room was so loud you could hear the conversation in the next room through the walls and the headboard attached to the wall shook every time someone used the stairs next door. While the room was clean it was a very uncomfortable stay. It was absolutely impossible to get a good nights sleep. I will not be staying here again.

The room was very nice clean and nicely updated room. The only complaint was the smell of cigarette and other smoke, pretty heavy sometimes.

I had the deluxe king room (free upgrade!!!) and it was amazing! Double sinks, huge shower, microwave, fridge, couch, vaulted ceiling made it seem huge, and everything in the room was modern! EVERYONE that I saw at the reception desk was so nice and had great recommendations for food!

Overall a very good experience. Would definitely stay there again. Please note that the rooms do have a mini fridge & microwave along with the coffee maker. That was a nice surprise. Location is excellent, staff was friendly, bed was comfortable. Only negative is that the hot tub needs to be hotter.

Stained sheets, bathroom floor dirty, shower curtains too short and allowed water all over the floor, can hear through the walls. I stay a lot in hotels and this could use some TLC for sure. Nice and friendly staff!

The only downside that we encountered was noise. The walls, doors and ceiling are not very soundproof. It wouldn’t necessarily stop me from staying there again, but it was noticeable!
