“Never had a bad stay at a Westin Hotel”

Most Westins are newer hotels, good for families with swimming pools, late room service etc. Love the fitness room, just wish it stayed open longer

“Pittsburgh's Premier Hotel.”

I am a very selective individual and I only have absolutely GREAT things to say about this hotel. ROOMS: - Very spacious, comfortable, and clean. - Had a few nice perks, such as 3-bags of complimentary fresh ground Starbucks coffee, fast WiFi, and flat screen HD-TV (with many sports channels). - Large, modern styled, and eco-friendly bathrooms with double-headed shower and bath. - Adjustable thermostat. - Comfortable beds with lots of pillows. GENERAL HOTEL: - The staff and service were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. - Great location. Walking distance to Consol Energy Center and other in-city attractions. - Very nice amenities. Large fitness center and pool. - Awesome food. Three built in restaurants with one bar on main level. - 6 full-service elevators running at all times. - Well recognized and prominent hotel. While on my way to breakfast, NHL Calgary Flames captain Jarome Iginla stepped into the elevator and gave me an autograph in the lobby. - Flexible check in / check out times FEW NOTABLE THiNGS : - in-room refrigerators needed a special key to open it and from my understanding, you could not store personal food/drinks in there. - there is a fee for parking OVERALL: - I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to downtown Pittsburgh. - This is a place for families, couples, and professionals. - You will get your moneys worth and then some. - I cant wait to go back. I hope this review helps everyone out.

“"would stay again but expensive"”

Great place - expensive but high quality. You get what you pay for but might be out the reach of the normal person's pocket book.

“Pittsburgh, "nice people at Westin"”

All employees at the Westin went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Very pleasant and helpful from informing me of the area to helping me get a coffee stain out of my sweater. We were there for a banquet and the food was very good.

“Nice hotel - Not far from Heinz Field!”

The hotel was very nice. Even though we had booked King Rooms on Expedia, the hotel said they would be Double Rooms when I called. HOWEVER, I asked at check-in if we could have King Rooms, and it was no problem at all. The staff was VERY nice. We were in town for a Steelers game (we won't talk about that....it was the worst game of the century!!!). The hotel is about a mile from Heinz Field....not bad at all. All Steelers shops are a few blocks from the hotel as well. Again, not a bad walk. The hotel was clean and kept well. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again.
