The 14-story Sheraton Station Square is perched on the banks of the Monongahela River. Station Square is a lively entertainment district with many restaurants (both fine dining and casual), specialty shops, and nightclubs. The ornate, historic Grand Concourse restaurant is in the old railroad station one block away; the Hard Rock Café, less than a block away, is modern and appeals to young people.
Large glass windows on the hotel's water side show off the city skyline, hills, copious bridges, and the convergence of three rivers. This hotel boasts 30000 square feet of meeting facilities. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in the lobby and guestrooms. The hotel provides limited complimentary shuttle service to the downtown business district. This hotel is handicap accessible.

This 14-story Pittsburgh hotel has 399 guestrooms. All feature the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Bed: custom-designed, extra-thick, plush-top mattress dressed with three sheets, fleece blankets, plump duvet in rich colors, and five goose down/feather pillows.
Wireless Internet access is complimentary. Cable TV provides premium channels and pay movies. Large windows face the atrium or city. Contemporary furnishings include large, overstuffed armchairs. Bathrooms feature five-position showerheads.

Trackside - contemporary restaurant featuring small plates in a warm, comfortable, and relaxing atmosphere. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Lobby Bar - Located in six-story atrium lobby. Drinks and light meals served from late morning till after midnight. Smoking permitted.
Station Break - Starbucks coffees, fruit smoothies, pastries, bagels, fruit, breakfast sandwiches. Open early morning until shortly after noon or late night, depending on hotel occupancy. Mostly takeout service, but several tables available.
Recreation
Sheraton Station Square Hotel has a heated indoor 38-foot pool (maximum depth: five feet) with a shallow area roped off for children. A lifeguard/pool attendant is always on duty. Guests can unwind in the spa tub, sauna, and steam room. The fitness center, open from early morning to late night, offers elliptical machines, treadmills, recumbent bikes, cross trainers, free weights, stair climbers, resistance equipment, exercise mats, locker rooms, and showers.
An outdoor patio is available for sunbathing, smoking, eating, and drinking (guests must carry their own refreshments to the patio).
Adjacent to the hotel, amphibious vehicles provide narrated land-and-water tours. The Gateway Clipper Fleet departs a block from the hotel for riverboat sightseeing, dining, and dancing cruises along Pittsburgh's three rivers. A jogging/walking path runs along the river behind the hotel.

“Very pleased.”
The staff was very nice and helpful. The hostess helped us make a decision about what was fun to do in the city.

The quality of the personnel was exceptional. Everyone was polite, enthusiastic and efficient. We celebrated my mom's 81st birthday in theTrackside restaurant and the staff was excellent. They gave us a table with a great view in a section that typically would have been closed, but they wanted us to have the best treatment. The food was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. My parents stayed overnight and even though there was a dance competition in the hotel, the rooms were quiet and the other guests were considerate.
“Would love to go back”
Hotel was clean, rooms were nice. The pool was nice, could use better lights. Staff was friendly and helpful. Station square is beautiful and the hotel is located right there. There is a shuttle that goes 3 miles, it would be helpful if it would travel up to 10 miles, since all the shopping is aprroximately 6-10 miles from the hotel unless you shop at the designer stores at station square. Also be prepared to pay for parking when staying at the hotel. That part is not good, it costs $18 USD per night to park, and if you want in and out priviledges it is $20 USD per night to park. Aside from the parking issue it was a great hotel to stay at.

“Sheraton Staion Square is awesome”
It is a perfect location to see all of downtown Pittsburgh. We were able to walk all the way to the Strip District and back. If you don't want to go that far, there are plenty of things to see and do in the immediate area. The views are awesome.

We really enjoyed our stay , we will definitly choose this hotel next time were in town,it was in walking distance of nightlife and entertainment!
“Great loacation for Pgh”
This is a LARGE hotel ideally situated in the Station Square area of downtown Pgh. There is easy access to walking to many different clubs and restaurants (Hard Rock, Funny Bone, Bar Louie etc.) The hotel and staff are very professional. The hotel is a little pricey but well worth it.
“Nice Hotel”
Very nice Sheraton. Great location on the "Sahth Side across from dahntahn", and lots of eating and drinking establishments within walking distance. I had a 9th floor room with beautiful views of the river and the Point. Too bad it was just one night. I would definitely stay there again.
