The first thing that hit me this time when I walked into the hallway to the rooms was a strong smell of pot. I didn’t smell it when I got into my room but it was like someone was smoking right there in the hall. However, I said something to the front desk person when I arrived about eating vegan and gluten free, and that limits what I can have for breakfast. Low and behold the cook in the morning had a plate of fried potatoes waiting for me. How wonderfully considerate of her.

Front desk Lady Anna very unfriendly not only when calling did she hang up on me and the Expedia guy but at check-in her attitude was just as bad. Rooms are disgusting. Booked 3 rooms all 3 had mold rings inside toilets, they must never use a toilet brush, one room the toilet had poop on the seat and pubic hair and pee on the porcelain. All rooms smelled like pee, carpets was disgusting, doors was dirty, microwaves had sticky hand prints all over them, wouldn't even think to open it. Just beyond disgusting.

Room was supposed to be non-smoking, yet there was an ash tray on the bedside table. Went to put food in the mini fridge and there was an open soft drink can inside. Would not have stayed if arrival was earlier and definitely won’t stay there again.

The person at the front desk at check in was excellent. However the property is below Quality Inn standards and not what we have come to expect from Choice Properties--or Quality inns. We did not have a car and there was no food service wirthin miles. The nearby pub was closed on Sunday but we did not know thta in advance although we did ask that question

We reserved a room with a king size bed but were given on with a queen size bed and was told that was what available.Room had not been thouroughly cleaned ,there was a used coffee filter and coffee hanging out of the coffee maker, used soap sitting on the bathtub, and the rug looked like it had not been vacunmed in days.Altogether a very disappointing stay.

Reasons not to stay a Quality Inn in Pittsburgh.
Took over 15 minutes as I continually called out for someone at lobby desk so I could check in. Not having a response I telephoned the hotel and finally someone came out. My room was changed because housekeeping was so far behind. I agreed to accept a king size bed instead of two separate beds. I was told no additional charge. How about that. They weren't going to charge me for their incompetence. Bathroom needed repairs. No tissues in room. I asked woman in hall who was housekeeping for tissues and was told they were completely out of them. I said I'll take a roll of toilet paper she said were out of that too. she then went into a room and brought me a roll of toilet paper. When checking out this morning, again no one at front desk. The cost of the room was ridiculous. I've stayed in other hotel much cleaner and nicer that yours for much less.

Checked in, room was not ready. When we returned at night the room door was left open and the room half cleaned with no sheets or towels. Front desk staff was nice however he was a replacement employee from another hotel in the chain and had no ability to process a refund. No one from the hotel when contacted can refund.

Did reservation was not able to stay due to the smell of mold, dust, not clean, unfortunately not healthy for anyone
