The hotel was located 10 mins away from heinz field. The clerk at the check in counter was very helpful

“NIce hotel, hard to find”

The hotel itself was good, but we had a very hard time getting to it. We could see the hotel, which is located near the top of a small hill but there is no signage from the main road to indicate that there is a small path behind the McDonalds to get to the hotel. The room was clean and the staff were friendly.

“Felt like being at home!!!”

The staff and Manager were extremely friendly, kind, and generous. I asked for a non smoking room, but the first room they gave me was definitely a stench of stale smoke. They quickly changed, and it was perfect. I would definitely stay there again and recommend wholeheartedly.

“Hard to find it in the dark”

Ok experience. Bed was sloping to the Centre on both beds. Rooms were okay. Plenty of hot water

“Fine except for air conditioning unit”

Hotel was at a very convenient location for my downtown meetings and staff was very friendly and outgoing. One thing that drove me crazy.... I have never been a hotel with such noisy air conditioning units. Room nice and quiet when unit was off but as soon it automatically came on, the sound was unbearably loud. It seemed like the unit was oversized and thus cycled on and off more frequently than normal. When it was off, the television volume setting could be at say 6 for comfortable listening.....when the air conditioner came on, it had to be raised to say 18 so that the volume could be heard over the air conditioner. Then when the air conditioner shut off, the volume was way to loud in an otherwise quiet room. Very annoying.
