“A nice place to stay with a very service oriented staff.”

Hotel is well maintained with the exception of the only floor with a working ice maker was the 5th. floor. Rooms are quiet and clean but the real plus was an exceptional staff in all areas of the hotel.

“Great Location”

We spent the weekend at this property while in town for Steelers and Penguins games. It is incredibly easy to reach this hotel from the airport and we had no problems getting to downtown Pittsburgh. There were plenty of eateries in the area and we would definitely stay here again if we were in town for another sporting event!

“Will be back.”

Every holiday or special event I travel to this hotel. Every time I stay, I'm more pleased than the last. Every time there are improvements in service, accomodations and the experience. This past visit I needed accomodations for 15 to dine and exchange presents. Not only was the area available to me, but the staff went over the top to help our experience be top notch. I look forward to the next visit. It's just like coming home.

“Comfort On Such Short Notice!”

Unfotunetly, we had a death in the family and found ourselves having to make travel arrangements on very short notice. Due to the location and price, we picked Four Points and were very surprised and pleased with the appearance as well as the many amenities included. Considering the circumstances, we were very comfortable and more then pleased with our lucky choice! We will difinetly reccommend this hotel and will return ourselves. Very good freeway access and a very good selection of eating places within walking distance. Thank you, for the enjoyable stay!
