“Great decor, good service”
Located in downtown Pgh. near the convention center, this hotel is very convenient to the theater district. Loved the cookies available every evening. Parking is available nearby. Can't wait to visit again.
“Very Nice”
Rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. Everything that I would expect from Marriott. I will stay here on my next trip to Pittsburgh.
“well worth it”
Awesome stay!! Can't say enough about the staff and hotel! 5 stars!
“A wonderful experience”
My boyfriend and I recently traveled to Pittsburgh to see a baseball game and we stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Pittsburgh Downtown. The hotel staff was AMAZING, they were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and our room was very comfortable. If we ever travel to Pittsburgh we will definitely book this hotel again!
“Enjoyed our stay”
We were in Pittsburgh to see the Pirates game at PNC park. The hotel is just a 10min walk with two children (18mth and 4 years). The front desk staff were extremely friendly and were very good with the children. Actually all the staff we encountered always had a smile and said hello. We would stay here again
“Close to attractions”
The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to the strip district and PNC Park- just a short walk. We really enjoyed our stay in Pittsburgh and thought the hotel was clean/good location.
“Gem in downtown”
Very large rooms. Two computers in lobby, one usually free except at high traffic times like breakfast, but Internet connection was quirky -- wouldn't load Comcast e-mail. Really my only complaint.
“Great hotel”
Never been to Pittsburgh before, so picking a hotel out was a bit difficult. Hotel was very clean, and staff was very friendly. Rooms are comfortable. Would stay here again. A nice walk to and from either ballpark (PNC and Heinz).
“More impressive than most Courtyards”
The hotel is in a great location in Pittsburgh's Cultural District, and literally steps away from the new convention center. It was much more stylish than a typical courtyard with a bit more of a boutique feel -- the bathrooms were larger and better appointed. We were a 10 minute walk from the Warhol Museum and PNC Park, which are just across the river. The only downside was the parking -- $22 a night for valet seems pretty steep even for a downtown hotel.
“Would go back”
The only thing that disappointed us about our stay was the breakfast in the morning at the restaurant. The service was slow and they had not replenished the buffet bar. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would go back.
