“"A great excuse to see Pittsburgh again"”

This hotel was a wonderful respite after a late night of hockey. We were warmly greeted, impressed with the cleanliness and above all, the price. Its location is just close enough to downtown, but tucked far enough away to enjoy a peaceful night's rest. And we were lucky enough to get upgraded to a suite--a room much pricier--without us even asking. I'm not easily impressed but I was speechless after receiving such top-notch service. I'm ready to book tickets to another game just to stay at this hotel again!

“A good choice”

My husband and I stayed here for one night. The hotel was neat & clean. We were pleased to have a couch/separate seating room to watch tv & relax w/o having to sit on the bed. The heater/fan worked very well. The view from our room wasn't the greatest (a big hill directly behind us). There was some garbage laying at the bottom of the hill which I would think they would want to clean up, but that was about it. The breakfast was pretty good. I think the hotel prices in the area are too high, but this was a good deal/choice compared to some of the others.

“descent hotel, nice staff”

everything was fine, but the entrance to the hotel was a little weird. you had to turn around to get into the driveway depending on the direction you are coming from. otherwise...i was happy.

“Except the entrance to the hotel, others are good.”

There is no left turn when I come from the highway. Other than that the hotel is good. Need at least one meat item in the breakfast.

“Comfort Inn Pittsburgh”

Nice, clean hotel with courteous and helpful staff. A bit isolated but otherwise just fine for a night away on business.

“Would stay again...in a different room”

This hotel is in a peaceful part of Pittsburgh. It was clean and cozy, my only issue was that my room was right next to the lobby which was inconvenient. I heard everyone that came in and out of the lobby during my weekend stay, which didn't give me a restful night of sleep. That also meant I was up in the morning when breakfast started. Also, the far side of the hotel offers a nice view of the side of a rocky hill if you look out the window (not ideal for me). At least that meant no one was creeping around outside! I would stay at this hotel again, but I would request a room on the second or third floor so I could get a better night of rest.

“Nice Hotel, can only enter one way”

The hotel was as nice as most other Comfort Inns. The only down side was the entrance was on a street with a median, and you can't turn left into the driveway. You have to go down a block and turn around in a business driveway and come back. So if you are coming from I-79, up Hwy-60, you won't have that problem. But if you are coming from the Airport down Hwy-60, you will have the problem. Not a huge deal, just a little annoying.
