Nice place to stay in the center of Pismo Beach. Should advise clients that the parking behind the hotel is a closely watched parking and should not be used even for a brief hotel registration. We were lucky…by a few seconds to avoid a ticket! Otherwise everything was positive.

As soon as I walked into the room it had a very strong smell I couldn’t determine if it was gas or propane I complained about it and asked for something to be brought up for the smell and no one ever came for most of the stay I had to have the window open or the smell would get intense.

The location of this hotel is perfect. The staff were very friendly. Parking was $30 a day with mandatory valet, so add that in. We walked most everywhere. The rooftop patio offered stunning views, but the weather was chilly and there was no service. We brought up our own and enjoyed it. Room was spacious enough, modern, and comfortable.

Ocean facing rooms look right at the Pismo Beach Pier with a parking lot below. We sleep with a noise machine, so area activity with not an issue even though you are right off the main area of Pismo Beach activities.

We had the first room on the bottom level, nice big lovely room, toiletries and tea/coffee provided, but very very noisy. Paper cups were a bit rubbish too. We stayed one night but was accidently charged for two days parking, this is currently still pending and the lady at the front desk acknowledged it was a mistake so said she took it off, fingers crossed it will clear off and I wont have to apply for a refund.

The facilities were nice and. The location was great as super walkable and on the beach. Service was great from valet and front desk. The only draw backs for us were noise and the beds. Beds were too soft and I woke up to a sore lower back each morning. And the noise was pretty bad. We were in bottom room with window to driveway so had traffic noise and voices from guests and valet late into the nights. We could also hear the music from the bar across the street and what sounded like little kids running around the room on the floor above us early in the morning. Also woke to sound of the garbage trucks early in the morning one morning. I would recommend bringing ear plugs. Other than that the rooftop bar was very nice to hang out on though the drinks were okay. And valet was a little pricey but only real option. But overall, we got a really good price on our stay and would probably stay here again.

I love staying here. I usually get an ocean front room overlooking the parking lot and pier. Everything is walking distance. My travel buddy made several calls to the front desk to ask about internet service and they were very patient with her and sent up help to try to hook up the fire Stick. Will definitely stay here again.

I actually had a respiratory attack due to something in the sheets or the soaps. I couldn’t breathe and we had to leave. The hotel said they will refund us. Can you ensure i get refunded
