Staff, wonderful and helpful. Meals were outstanding! Delish! Parking was very scant for the guest volume ... got blocked in. Had to disturb other guest in order to leave. Wi-Fi was too weak to access in the room. Had to sit in hallway to use it.

It’s a small nice hotel with a very friendly staff. Clean, rooms are big enough, but walls are thin. There are just 6 parking slots on-site with a possibility to park on the street near the hotel for free.

ok for a short stay
Very nice little hotel, rooms a bit small, but clean and quiet. The wifi didn't work at all while we were there despite it saying we were connected, but only stayed one night so didn't bother us too much. Thought it would be nice to be by the sea rather than at the airpot before flying home but its all private resorts along the sea front so you cant really get to it unless you pay or go into town. Also need to drive into town for dinner.

Dear customer, thank you for your review. Unfortunately in our area all the lines don't work very well. Free beaches are now almost non-existent everywhere. As for dinners, all the resorts have restaurants inside easy reach by walking.

We were there in the off season (Nov) so hard to compare. Mostly everything was closed in the town or not convenient. It was a very small room but clean. Staff was ok except on checkin, an older gentleman checked us in and he was not friendly at all but only saw him once in two days. Price was right and room was comfortable, so it worked for us, as our main reason for going here was to visit PISA and that was fabulous. Had a great time there!

Beautiful Location....
It was a beautiful place, for sure.... Only 2 things made it a little disappointing, the service desk was terrible. Not welcoming at all, except the young lady, she was great. Others, just cold. Also, the bed (mattress) MUST be replaced. It had big hollows... really really means a bad sleep. I return home exhausted. A good sleep is so important to enjoy a vacation, certainly didn't get it at Riviera Blu.

Nice, but not for business travel.
This is a nice family style beach hotel. The staff was friendly, and the room was very clean. But, definitely not a hotel for business travel. The room was pretty small. Breakfast didn't start serving until 0800 which is probably late for most business travelers.

We liked the Riviera Blu. The staff were helpful and it’s situatiin convenient. A reasonable breakfast and good onsite parking. However, our visit coincided with cool weather, unusual for late May. Despite having additional bedding we were very cold overnight. It spoilt what was otherwise a good stay.

Lovely family hotel
Very clean. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. No complaints about hotel just the location. Tirrenia is not your normal resort for UK travellers. Not a lot of things to do. Overall we had a great time but very little English spoken so found it hard to communicate.

Fantastic Hotel in a beach resort
Could not fault this hotel in terms of cleanliness, service and breakfast. There's not much to see or do in the local vicinity. If you just want a few days on the beach away from the cities and Tuscan countryside then this is the place. Most beaches are private and charge about €7 for a sunbed next to the sea, subject to them not running out. The restaurant Paradiso across the road does great food in the evenings and you get a 15% discount through the hotel. I think is just serves snacks during the day but we went a bit further down to a quieter part of the beach called Bagno Hoasy. We didn't venture far as we were just staying a couple of days to relax after 2 weeks in Pisa, Cinque Terre and Florence but the Marina about 2 km away looks lovely. It was about a 20 min walk to the nearest supermarket. We had transfers from the train station and then to the airport for €25 for two of us each way - this was cheaper than a taxi and provided by the hotel with prior notice and an excellent service. The staff are all lovely and really helpful and friendly. Top class breakfast and the hotel was immaculately clean. Balconies were nice to sit out on in the evenings after a hot day at the beach. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a beach-type holiday. Great area for families too.

Pleasant hotel
The staff were polite enough and the room was nice enough for us. We had breakfast which set us up well for the day. It was really good that they offered free bicycle hire for the day which we made us of on the long flat road around Tirrenia. The sandy beach is just a 3 minute walk across the road which we liked. Unfortunately though the walls in the hotel are thin and we could hear noises outside and other people's televisions. The hotel is really good for a beach holiday, but is also a 30 minute bus ride from the city of Pisa which wasn't too much of a problem, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you just wanted a city break. Overall it is a very pleasant hotel to stay in.

Lovely! Didn't want to leave
We stayed here two nights and were sad to go. It was in a lovely place, with a beautiful garden outside the breakfast room and the beach right across the street. The staff was wonderful, very helpful, since we were first timers in Italy period. They gave us big fuzzy beach towels to go the beach. The room was immaculate and the room size was fine, small by US standards but large by European. We had fresh cappuccino every morning and warm croissants brought to the table. Overall, we will definitely be back here when we are next in Italy.

More than just an airport hotel!
We planned to stay one night for its easy access to the Pisa airport, but decided to make it a three night stay. However our beach plans got a little derailed by the lidos having closed two days before we got there in late September. Great staff, more than adequate rooms, and a nice little town with good restaurants.

Lovely beachside stay
We were only there for a couple of days but it was well worth it. The staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was well worth it and the position of the hotel itself across from a beautiful Italian beach was great .

we loved staying at hotel riviera blu. i would definitely return. the front desk person was extremely helpful -- my son unexpectedly needed a place to stay and the front desk person found him a place to stay nearby since the hotel riviera blu was booked. our room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was fresh and inviting, and the free breakfast was amazing. we had stayed other places in europe where the breakfast (not free) consisted mainly of baked goods. while hotel riviera blu offered plenty of pastries and other baked things, they also served hard boiled eggs, fresh tomatoes, delicious cheeses and a variety of meats which i did not try as i am veggie and gluten free. overall, we were extremely happy with out stay here. also. the public beach across the street was great.

5min stroll to beach, parking, very clean
We had a room with a balcony to sit out on at night. The staff were very accommodating and speak English. The whole hotel was extremely clean, whenever we passed through somebody was cleaning something and there was never a bit of sand in our room or anywhere else despite close proximity to the beach. The hotel is on a strip between the centres of Tirrenia and Marina Di Pisa, with Tirennias restaurants and bars a 25 min stroll. Marina Di Pisa is a little further.

A/C broken (entire hotel), on a very very noisy street. Had to leave window open or roast, but then the noise kept us awake. Advertised hotel restaurant not open. They gave us a chit for another restaurant which was closed the 2nd night. :-(

Hello Mr.,we would like to know why this review?What was wrong?You said to our waitress that your wife she loves our flowers and the place.So I don't understand.Is about our receptionist that she came outside to call you in the car that you had some extras to pay that you said you forgot it.This is really sad.

El hotel es una buena opción si estas buscando visitar la playa, además es muy conveniente pues tiene parada de bus justo en frente que te permite ir a los lugares turísticos como la Torre de Pisa.

Det bedste overnatningssted af 6 mulige!
Et skønt familiedrevet hotel med 20 værelser. Familien var utroligt søde og serviceminded. Værelset var pænt, og alting spillede - også deres WIFI. Det bedste var nu sengen, som var tilpas - ikke for hård - ikke for blød. Når rullepersiennerne er nede, er lyd og lys pist borte, og du sover som en sten. Der er 10 min. gang til en offentlig strand med lokale badende. Busstoppesteder 100 m fra hotellet i både nord- og sydgående retning. Busturen til PIsa tager 30 min. hvorfra du kan tage dagsudflugter til Firenze, Lucca, Seina, Cinque Terra osv. Boede på hotellet 6 dage/nætter og det var det 6. overnatningssted jeg havde på en 4 ugers tur i Italien, og klart det bedste!!!

Kleines Hotel mit Lademöglichkeit.
Schickes, kleines Hotel in uriger Landschaft direkt neben 4x4 Taxidienst der einen an entlegene Strände bringt ohne sein eigenes Auto schrotten zu müssen. Das Zimmer und Bad waren klein, aber sauber. Mein Highlight: Ich durfte netterweise über Nacht mein E-Auto an einer der Steckdosen auf dem Parkplatz laden, der tagsüber zum Säubern des 4x4 Fahrdienstes genutzt wird.

Mysigt litet Hotell nära stranden
Mysigt litet familjehotell. Kom med bil från Pisa flygplats på ca 20 min med bil. Friparkering på boendet och även precis utanför. 300 m från den privata stranden som är bland de bättre stränder jag varit på. Rent på sanden och i vattnet. Ingen restaurant på hotellet men dock frukost. Möjlighet till bar på kvällen. Restauranter i närområdet. Ingen hiss.
