“Great little hotel”
I looked hard and read the reviews and final settled on Hotel Relais Dell Orologio. I was not let down. This was a gem of a hotel with great staff, wonderful location and nice ambiance. The rooms are small, but the common areas make up for that. Rooms are well-stocked with amenities, quiet and comfortable. I would definitely go back.
“Very impressed with Hotel - would definitely recommend a stay”
Stayed in the Hotel in Sept 2008 for 4 nights as a trip for our anniversary and was very impressed. The staff at the hotel are very courteous and extremely nice to speak to. Reception staff provided information on places to visit in and around Pisa. Locale of the hotel was excellent. Would liken the style of the hotel to a "boutique" hotel in the UK. Style and size of rooms typical to Italy and surrounding areas, but were very well furnished and bathroom extremely modern and well fitted out. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Minibar and toiletries were continuously replenished (part of total stay cost) and little touches such as the hotel bathrobes and slippers, the bed cover being turned down at night, etc, made the stay all that more "luxurious". Definitely recommend hotel to others.
“gREAT hOTEL”
Small hotel with lots of personal service. Friendly english speaking staff. Free wifi and they go out of their way to assure you get whateve you want. Single rooms veery smal but clean and comfortable. Great little terrace are outside my room made up for being small.

Hotel was perfectly situated for all main attractions. Staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble! Rooms were fantastic and service impeccable. A truely perfect way to spend a weekend away in Pisa.

Excellent rapport qualité /prix. Très bien aménagé dans le style toscan. Calme et agréable en dépit de son implantation en centre ville, ce qui est également un atout. Personnel très gentil et à l'écoute.

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. We were traveling around Italy for about 3 weeks and none of the places we stayed at were as comfortable and the staff as wonderful as they are here. Rooms were spotless, if just a bit small. However, the service more than makes up for that! Can't wait to go back.

after I had checked out they found 100+ Euro's in the trash can that I had accidently got mixed up with some rubbish I'd throen in there. They phoned me up to tell me and I was able to pass by and collect it later that day. Very helpful friendly and a lovely hotel.

This is a lovely converted palazzo in central Pisa, not far from the Leaning Tower. Our room was attractive and comfortable, the staff was very helpful and the buffet breakfast was delicious. If we were going back to Piza, we would book here again.

This hotel ticks all the boxes for comfort and luxury. Only a few moments walk to the wonderful Tower of Pisa in the Campo dei Miracoli which is packed full of "Wow" factor. Artistically and thoughtfully restored this hotel is without doubt one of Pisa's gems. We found the service superb, the food excellent and the environment plush and convivial.
