“Hotel très accueillant”

“lovely quiet family hotel love to go back”
hotel staff where lovely the decor in rooms needed some redecoration . i was disappointed that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in rooms and there was no written hotel guide as to advise re-hotel policy on using facilities and with language barrier on areas such as the beach this would have saved on any misunderstanding but the main hotel staff were great thank you
“Great experience”
We had a lovely view of the ocean from our hotel room, and the back of the hotel looks over the golf course, I think. There was no breakfast and I don't think any type of room service, and we never used the restaurant, but that was fine. The room was clean and plenty spacious - they had Sky digital TV so it was great to be able to watch English programs when we were in the room (rarely.) The beach is only a few kms away, there are 2 Golf Courses in the vicinity, and it's only about 20mins to down town Pisa.

“Pas vu car pas d'accès Handi !”
L'hotel n'est pas accessible aux fauteils roulants. Des escaliers de partout... Le personnel de réception a été très très super et nous ont installé dans une autre 4* de la station, dans les mêmes conditons. Le séjour qui a failli tourner à la cata, s'est finalement très très bien passé. La personne à la réception était française, Dieu merci. JL
“Relaxing and quaint -like stepping back in time !!”
Hotel is well located, just a few minutes from town centre but peaceful. It reminded us of an old colonial style hotel, quite dated but clean and pleasant. Food was very good , rooms well cleaned and staff all spoke English amongst other languages.Pleasant and very clean swimming pool , a nice area to relax on a hot day.
“Very comfortable hotel”
This hotel had a very nice, very large hotel room. The size of the room was a nice surprise as many of our other hotel rooms were very small. The room was very clean. This hotel offers more than the usual continental breakfast with hot items such as eggs and bacon and a nice selection of other items. The pool was very nice. The beach is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. You have to pay 15 euros to use the beach which gets you an umbrella and 2 chairs. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel has a dated and slightly worn quality. the hotel is located in a small beach community. The hotel was child friendly.
“Bon rapport qualité prix”
La chambre est vaste avec du parquet et du carrelage dans la salle de bain. Dommage que ces matériaux soient abimés, carreaux cassés ou parquet bien rayé. La vue sur la mer est gachée par une vue sur un toit plat sans attrait . La pinède est malmenée par les constructions successives dans ce quartier : nombreux arbres morts. Pour le prix, on accepte sans soucis ces petits désagréments.
“Good Time”
We arrived that evening. The double room was in another part of hotel. Ground floor. The hotel was very accomidating with changing the room the next day to a better room with a view of the sea. Will go again to the same hotel.
