Misleading advertising for this hotel.
The hotel it's self was fine. However the reason we booked this out of town hotels was because it said it has a shuttle bus into town. This is incorrect! And the taxi fare is 20euro each way. Breakfast was average. Parking not secure as the gate is rusted open. Rooms are small. The best surprise was the restaurant next door. Appears to be a converted night club. Good was good but not cheep as the drinks were expensive.

The hotel was clean and nice and the personal friendly and helpfull. But it obviously lacked maintenance in the rooms and during a rainy night water fell in our room from the ceiling. The breakfast was nice and free so big positive point here.

Good hotel for those with cars
The room was very spacious, clean and bright with a separate room for luggage. The temperature and beds were very good. Breakfast was good as for 4 stars, but not exceptional. I had the room on the facade of the hotel, which is not recommended for people who do not sleep well. Some of the street noise reaches the room. The parking lot is very large there is a pizzeria and a restaurant near the hotel that we did not visit.

2 star hotel...nowhere near 4 star
This unfortunately is one of the worst hotels I've stayed at in a long time. Not everything is bad, but far too many things are. It is a 2.5 star hotel and no more. The good: - The receptionist was very helpful and very apologetic about the things that were wrong or not available. - The breakfast is basic but decent. More 3 star level but ok. - The shower was fine. The bad: - Aircon broken, apparently throughout the whole hotel. It was 22 degrees. Yuck. - They claim to have soundproofed walls. This is without any doubt an absolute lie. I have never stayed anywhere with walls that allowed more noise through. The italian gentleman next door was regularly screaming at someone until 4.30am, and we could hear every word. - The safe had a hole in it, as though someone had tried to break into it. They did replace this however - helpful receptionist again! - The restaurant next door (only open evenings inconveniently) had their kitchens below our window. The loudest most oppressive noise occurs until after 11. - The bar is pitiful. No one would ever want to be there. It's depressing. - Furniture is old and tired...and cheap. Minimum investment and it shows - They claim to have airport shuttles available and car hire...but neither were for us - Hotel taxi rates advertised were half of what was charged by the companies...indicating they have no relationship with them - Really dusty room - Uncomfortable bed - It is near NOTHING. Expensive taxis required In short...appalling.

very disappointing
We booked a 4star hotel and due to a overbooking they downgraded us to a 3star hotel that did not meet our expectations. The room was very small, sterile and lacking any kind of charm or substance. Overall a disappointing stay.

Outrageously good value and great location.location.Great view of snow capped mountains from our room.Great choice for breakfast.Quiet location.Free toiletries which is a nice touch.Spacious bathroom although good do with a few more towels

Great hotel with good breakfast option
This hotel is standard fare for a 4 star hotel. It’s nice and quiet although you can hear the plumbing in the neighbouring rooms and the air con is also not super quiet but effective. The rooms was super clean but did not have facilities to boil water, nor were there slippers. The breakfast was great, offering both hot and cold options.

We were 2 adults and 2 children in a bedroom suite and it was claustrophobic . The room wasn't suitable for 4 people, definitely not a 4 stars hotel. The lady in the reception was useless The breakfast was disappointing , very poor choice and very little amount, you have to wait to eat as only 3/4 croissants were put at a time. Overall for the price I paid I am not too disappointed but should not be a 4 stars hotel !!

Very disappointed - not worth the money. Might have been a 4 star hotel when it opened but has not been properly maintained for years You need a car to get to this hotel - this wasn't an issue for us as we had a rental Plenty of parking spaces, however only exterior parking is available - having to scrape ice off the car windows every morning isn't ideal The bath was basically in the bedroom Staff are overall friendly and most speak English Family friendly restaurant just outside the hotel Missing tiles in the bathroom Toilet door doesn't fully close Heating not always working Curtains do not close properly Internet no working Breakfast items that finish are not replaced-go for breakfast as early as you can! Water pressure was quite low The Jacuzzi was dirty and 3 out of the 6 water jets couldn't be regulated – broken switch Cobweb Wardrobe door came off Windows jammed Sink was cracked Bidet leaked water Sink water lever broken and very sharp No tea of coffee making facilities No iron or ironing board Website location on Google Maps incorrect Toilet seat not fastened properly

The hotel was in the middle of nowhere. If you want to stay here you will need a car. Hotel staff were friendly but a bit surly. Room was clean but too much pine fragrance. Restaurant was only open for breakfast and bar was never open. You had to drive about 10-15 minutes to get dinner.

Good value for money, tidy and neat all-aroun, and the breakfast was far better than anticipated. Quite remote location, a car is a must. Some sockets did not work. No balcony. Toilet door did not lock. 2 of the 4 beds were foldable and thus a little uncomfy.

Huge disappointment
We had great expectations of this hotel because of the description and other guests comments but pretty much nothing was as it said. The AC didn't work, it was crazy hot. There were no memory foam mattresses, the shower stall was missing the 2 sliding doors so the bathroom got soaked everytime we showered. When this as mentioned to the receptionist she said the previous guests had broken them, not very likely as the tracks were caked with grime, the tiles were also dirty, and black in some places. My booking had said that our room opened up to a balcony but our room did not and we were told that the rooms that did were occupied. We were told that our room was bigger to accomodate the 4 of us? There appeared to be very few guests at the hotel but we were stuck with the broken shower, the no balcony and a room by the very noisy street which made it difficult to keep the window open to cool down the room a little. The refrigerator did not work either, we could not even get our water cold. The tap water was body temperature which was really odd. The hotel was in the middle of nowhere and the grounds around it very poorly maintained.

The hotel,was fine, but if you stay there be sure to get a room away from the street. We didn't and if you wanted to have your windows open, the street noises, as the hotel is on a busy road, is terrible. With the windows closed, it is OK. Otherwise, the hotel is fine for a night or so. Good breakfast and pretty easy to get into Turin by car.

excellent quality for average price
We stopped over after a day trip in Turin, on the way to Milan, and we were extremely pleased with this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a kid-friendly pizza restaurant nearby for a moderate price. After lots of traffic and smog in the city center, it was a nice retreat in the middle of a provincial park. All members of the family even the picky ones were satisfied.

Great hotel; though a drive to Torino
This hotel was about a 10 minute drive to downtown Torino. You can get into Torino by car easily so if you want to stay out of town and enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains this is the place for you. They have an amazing restaurant below the hotel. The food was delicious and it was packed with people. The room was very spacious and accommodated 4 adults quite well. The bathroom was also very large. We had a balcony and the doors opened to allow a nice breeze. The hotel staff spoke little English but they were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was simple but a perfect way to start the day (typical Italian breakfast). I would stay again and would recommend this hotel to others.

Middle of Nowhere!
This hotel was nice enough but it was a bit out of the way and took us a while to find somewhere nearby to eat. The water didn't work first thing in the morning when we stayed there and there were no toilettries in the room (no soap!) only a make-up sponge! We had breakfast but because the water was off the coffee machine wasn't working properly so didn't really enjoy it much!

Hotel 4 stelle (una volta) in posizione comoda all'autostrada o al centro di Torino. Colazione abbondante, ottima, prodotti fatti al momento ed altri confezionati, servizio perfetto. Struttura vecchiotta, camera spoglia di luci e poche prese per ricaricare pc e cellulari. Letto francese molto comodo. Bagno con mattonelline a quadrettini bianchi e azzurri, stile anni 90, scheggiate, stuccate con il cemento. Non perfettamente pulito all'arrivo. Grande pecca: manca il box doccia, solo tubo dall'alto con scarico centrale, stile pensioni della romagna anni 80. E soprattutto alla mattina, dopo 10 minuti di apertura acqua, quella calda non arrivava. Camere non insonorizzate, molto rumorose, soprattutto di notte quando un gruppo di ragazzi hanno giocato e corso apposta nel corridoio per svegliare la gente che dormiva.

nuit à Pino Torinese
Hôtel excentré à 20mn du centre de Turin. Propre mais pas de première fraicheur. Prix abordable et petit-déjeuner correct.
