I loved my stay here. Would definitely book to stay there again for sure. Only thing was the kitchen was under reserve. But the staff was helpful with getting food ordered.

We were happy to hear we could check in at 8am for just $10 extra. That was a huge benefit for us. Only issue was that they gave us a king room instead of a room with two doubles even though I looked back to check and I reserved two beds for our family of 3. We decided not to complain and share the king since the early check in made up for it. The room was clean enough although only two bath towels were provided. Pool was clean and my daughter enjoyed swimming for the morning. It was easy to use the shuttle both from and to the airport for our early flights. And they provided us with a timely taxi to get our to Caroni Bird sanctuary tour. Bummed that they had no restaurant on the premises (under construction I guess) because it was quite a long walk to get food. We used their delivery service and it took over an hour but hit the spot. Overall we were happy we booked the room for such a good price. I read lots of bad reviews but we had a good overall experience.

Like how helpful one of the members of staff was Nathan was always willing to help he had a great attitude. Very disappointed on the taxi they book for me to go to the airport prices for a 5 mins run costing me 100tt.

I got a room right off the lobby- in a sunken hallway- it was so noisy that I was woken up every time someone checked in- all night long. Bathroom was filthy & had a huge mothball thing in the toilet that made the entire room stink terrible- I had to sleep under the covers to mask the smell. No face towels or hand towels. No shampoo, but a used & a new bottle of conditioner. I would never stay here again. My room also had a number that did not match the key- so the whole thing felt very sketchy and unsafe. I think this was the janitors closet that they threw a bed into. Pillows also so huge that they are virtually unusable - work with with back & neck pain with only 4 hours of decent sleep.

Stopped here on a layover from Trinidad to Tobago so didn’t expect much Place is tired and rooms are shabby and smelly Had booked a transport with them after an hour we gave up and got a taxi. Lad on reception never mentioned it so we let it go. This hotel is not cheap and had no facilities in the room. Don’t think we’ll stay there again

This airport suites hotel is very close to airport. However, when call for pick up, the line always busy and l have to spend USD 15 to get a private taxi to hotel from airport (5 min ride). Staff were friendly, facility is limited. I book the room type with window but in the end received a room without window. There are KFC, Gyro and burger shop nearby. But need to have own transportation. Overall, satisfactory with this hotel and will come back to stay next time.

I didn't like anything about this property. The pictures that's on there website is not what it appears. 1st the room had no toilet and shower. 2nd the bed, carpet look filthy. 3rd seeing the appearance of the room I immediately picked up our bags, returned the room keys and got out of there.

Not recommended for a Business Stay
I was unfortunately unable to stay at the Airport Suites Hotel. I arrived at 2pm and was told I had to pay 10USD for early check in but that I could wait in an area till 3pm. None of my calls and messages were going through, it seemed that the location is a dead zone. There was no option for breakfast as advertised, the Kitchen was being renovated. There was no disinfectant to sanitize the rooms. The airport shuttle only runs 4am to 6am, anything past that was 10USD. The keycard did not open the room door, the bed did not look made up and the room was congested. Another guest was also complaining at the front desk about the facility.

It was clean, close to the airport, has a free shuttle service and nice, accommodating staff. I didn't want much more for an overnight layover...Just wish they had put a bottle of potable water and a bottle of lotion in my room! Otherwise, it was great. I've recommended them before and I'd do so again!
