- Boat transfer per adult: THB 941.60 (one way)
- Transfer service fee per child: THB 470.80 (one way), (from 4 to 11 years old)
We have included all charges provided to us by the property. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book.

Special Check-In Instructions

Guests need to arrrive at Racha Lounge 30 minutes prior to boat departure (surcharge). The boat from Chalong Pier to Racha departs at 11.30 AM, 2 PM, and 5 PM. From Racha to Chalong Pier, departures are at 9 AM, noon, and 4 PM.
No shuttle service from the airport is available at night time. Guests landing at Phuket International Airport after 3.30 PM cannot be transferred to The Racha on the same day and will have to spend the night in Phuket. In such cases, The Racha staff will help guests find accommodations in Phuket.
Guests should also note that sea conditions can be unpredictable during boat transfers and guests are encouraged to wear appropriate attire. The Racha will not operate its boats if there is the slightest safety concern, strong winds, or uncertain sea conditions. Under such circumstances, hotel staff will make every effort to assist in making alternative arrangements for guests until the situation is considered safe. However, the hotel will not be financially responsible for delays or for guest relocations caused by adverse sea conditions.

“Great place for a quiet and relaxing holiday”

The visit was my second one to the Racha. The room-- a grand pool villa-- was superb. The staff were pleasant, courteous and friendly. The surrounding environment was beautiful and the activities at the resort were fun. The only minor criticism would be some of the unfortunate litter which washes up on the beach in the morning. I don't think that it's the hotel's fault but rather those who litter in the ocean. Otherwise, the stay was excellent and I'll definitely return for another visit.

“Can't wait to go back..”

Perfect place to go to escape from stress and overcrowdedness. Beautiful calm beach with crystal clear water and white powderish sand. AMAZING! Beautiful decor and lightings in rooms aswell as in the garden areas of the hotel. Not a place to go if you want a lot of stuff going on, or go sightseeing.

“Luxury Paradise that won't burn a hole in your pocket!”

Well worth the slight inconvenience of getting there since The Racha is on an island off Phuket. But once you get there, this is a great place. It's own private bay where you can lie in peace unlike other places on Phuket where you get hounded by vendors incessantly. The sand is powder white and very fine, and the water is blue. What more can you ask for? The spa is a little pricey but you get pampered all the way. The Fire restaurant is overpriced for the quality, but it does have a nice ambience. You can eat at the other outlets which are more reasonably priced. The 2 pools at The Racha are great too - especially when the gracious staff periodically hand you complimentary cool towels & fresh fruit to cool you down! The buffet breakfast is also really great. Paradise!

“You won't go wrong - staying in The Racha”

“Very Nice”

This resort turned out to be exactly as it looks in its pictures (which doesn't always happen). Its very modern - clean white spaces are very pleasing to the eye. Its a great place for two people to get away and spend alone time. There is not much else to the island, but there are two other small resorts of lesser quality. These do provide other food options to the Racha. 40 minute boat trip to get to island can be bouncy.
