“Very Impressed and would recommend”

Everything was nice, the staff, the delux room, the facilities and the location!!All the tours pick you up from that hotel so no need to get up extra early to get to another location.

“AWESOME TRIP”

The hotel was old but more then adequate. They have a social room that has a big screen TV, CD movies, free coffee and tea, and a water cooler two microwaves and 4 computers and they have an attendent there who will sell you beer and pop. They have washer and dryers, iron and ironing boards. 2 pools and they both were great. the room was big, the air worked. They have a bus to take you to Karon Beach for free 2 times a day. The area has lots of food, a mall, stores. Over all the hotel was great. I will go back and stay there again.

“Wish we could have stayed longer here!”

Great Value for your money!! We are thoroughly pleased with this hotel, it had all the amenities you want (microwave, free coffee and tea, laundry service, and shuttle to Karon beach) what more could you ask for. With its great location and swimming pool to boot we will definately be coming back. Loved this place!!!!

“Good for shopping only”

Hotel does not provide taxi from airport, we paid 500bht for a taxi . We found bed linen dirty, this they changed right away when we complained. A plastic drain panel around swimming pool was missing ( on the 10th floor). We felt the social area could have been better staffed and stocked, never enough cups for tea/coffee. Apart from this we found the Hotel clean and tidy and would recomend it.

“My Cell”

We booked standard rooms and were shown them upon arrival. They contain old wornout furniture with no TV< Fridge, Phone, window etc etc. The rooms also smelt mouldy and appeared dirty. We refused to stay in these rooms. We were offered Delux rooms (at additional cost) that were acceptable standard being of the 70's era with no update except airconditioner. (These leaked in both rooms when left on for long periods) The staff were helpful but we had to chase everything up and half the facilities were closed. I would NOT recommend this hotel. The web description of the standard rooms is incorrect and should be corrected. The photos were taken a long time ago and look 10X better than in real life. Be Warned this is not a good hotel to stay at.
