“Metadee is a fantastic resort - I highly recommend”
Metadee is fantastic. I can't recommend it highly enough. The staff are fantastic and super helpful, the resort is divine, location excellent. We stayed for 11 nights and will be back again next year.
“GFreat Resort, Great Staff.”
Just spent ten nites at the Metadee Resort in a pool access room and cannot fault a thing. From friendly check in with the staff there, great bistro staff and pool staff. Fresh pool towels each day to your room, complimentary water each day, great breakfast . Only had a couple of lunches pool side and they were tasty and prices not too outrageous for a hotel. Would definitely recommend and if i ever go back to kata would stay there agaihn.
“A Hidden Oasis that won't let you down.”
A tranquil oasis hidden away in central Kata Beach with a beautiful mountain backdrop. We were extremely happy with this resort .If you want privacy this is the place to be! The resort is beautifully laid out with single story villas (each with own pool) as well as other rooms with direct access to the pool.The pool was amazing, it goes on forever (great for serious lap swimmers). Service was excellent, staff were extremely friendly and obliging, great breakfast and centrally located.

We stayed in the private pool villa and what a plesant surprise, the room was spacious and the private pool courtyard was fantastic. The staff were friendly and very helpfull, would highly recommend this resort, cant wait for my return visit.
“Great find”
Good location. Lovely room straight onto the pool. But the staff .... excellant. I complimented the F & B duty manager at the end of my trip , lots and lots of great people, from the cart driver that takes you down the road, reception, breakfast, housekeeper to the poolside bar team, lead by Vee. If in Phuket again, this is THE hotel
“Would go back tomorrow”
A great place to stay. What you see in the photos is exactly what your room is like. The staff are all very friendly, made you very welcome and could not do enough for you. We had a pool side room it was very comfortable and was nice to have a deck to sit out on and just slip into the pool. As the resort is set back a bit and the tropiclal gardens all around it gives you the feeling of holidaying is a beautiful back yard. Being a smaller resort was so much nicer. Breakfast was very good and plenty of variety. The area is much quieter area which made for a more relaxing holiday. Not beach front but a short stroll from the beach.
“Relaxing and friendly”
This was a perfect place to relax with a family with a small child. We found it quiet and private and the staff seemed to go out of their way to ensure we had a good time. The hotel restaurant was excellent, particularly the breakfasts where the variety and quality of foods was exceptional.
“The Perfect Romantic Getaway!! 11/10”
Everything at the Metadee was absolutely perfect. It was mine and my girlfriend's first holiday as a couple and we were completely blown away by the resort and the service. We stayed in the Private Pool Villa, which has a fair sized pool (approx 2mx4m) and the villa itself was HUGE. everything was new and clean. the main pool is massive as well, although when we were there they were having a problem with the thermostat and the heating was set too high, it was actually like a bath, so we tended to stick to our private pool which was a very nice temperature. the room and private courtyard/pool were very private and romantic. the bathtub is huge. the outdoor shower is very nice, as is the indoor one (both with giant showerheads). also, the buffet breakfast is fantastic. roomservice is prompt, and although it costs a little bit more than eating at a restaurant down the street, the quality of the food is more fancy and a bit nicer we thought - not that there was anything wrong with the food down the street. the beach is a five minute walk from thehotel, but there is a car with a driver waiting at reception during the day to drive you to the beach if you would prefer that (complimentary!) i would HIGHLY recommend staying in the Private Pool Villa. We can't wait to come back again next year. i'd score it 11/10. thank you metadee!!
“Love to go back”
We stayed 6 nights at Metadee Resort and found everything fantastic. We were a little worried from reading some of the reviews that this resort would not be convenient to Kata beach, shops and restaurants however all are within flat walking distance. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
“FANTASTIC HOTEL!!! BEST POOL EVER”
We stayed at the Metadee resort for 8 days and it was amazing. The pool is awesome, I would suggest either having a deluxe pool access or vila pool access room as you can access the pool from your room. The staff are extremely friendly and accomodating and we used the SPA services on more than one occasion (facial is a must). The breakfast is awesome.... anything and eveything you could imagine. I read the reviews before going and was a little concerned over the "long driveway" truth is it's not long at all and there are a bunch of laundry and massage places down the drive. However if you don't feel like the walk, the staff drive you up and down on a buggy (which is fun). Overall very pleased and would return to the hotel tomorrow if possible!!!
