Beautiful villas with large private pools. Each villa is self contained and perfect if you want to get away from the world! The resort app makes everything easy and you can order food, drinks, transport and more. But what truly makes it excellent is the resort staff, who are so attentive, kind and helpful.

We enjoyed our time at this property. This is our 2nd visit and would come again should we find ourselves back in Phuket. The staff are nice and place is pleasant and clean. We probably wouldn’t book with breakfast included again though, and would just order it on occasion. Better bring your own shampoo and conditioner.

Lovely villa, comfy bed, clean, great smelling sheets and towels daily if desired. Spotless pool, well maintained garden, really good sized rooms, fairly cheap and good meals can be ordered to eat in the villa. Well equipped kitchen ( no toaster though!) Cleaners clean daily. Very good shuttle service, its a shame it doesnt start earlier and end later. Staff all very polite and helpful and happy. Garden furniture very dirty and chair and sun bed covers filthy. Could do with sun beds to use around the pool and not just under the area for shade. Ideally you need a car or scooter to get around independently when at this villa if you dont want to depend on the shuttle or want to explore the area. Villa 13 was a bit noisy as it is opposite the reception and parking area.

The design of the Villa is very nice only if the management would: 1) have a regular maintenance of the Villa 2) upgrade the kitchenware. What was provided was not sufficient to cook and the grade of the kitchenware was a bit low

Look Forward to staying again !!!!!!
From the outside of the security gates it doesn't look like much but as soon as you enter the doors its like you enter into a beautiful, serene paradise. With modern, oriental architecture The Bell Pool is a Perfect luxury stay for couples wanting some time away from any city centre noise. I stayed in a One bedroom Honeymoon Villa which was unreal, with all the amenities you would need. On my Second evening i made use of the In-Villa Chef who cooked us a BBQ. For this I recommend telling the chef exactly how you'd like your food cook as I was a little disappointed as the chicken wasn't thoroughly cooked through when it came to eating it and by that time the chef was gone. Despite this the evening and the rest of my stay was Amazing, private and Luxury.

We apologise if your expectations have not been met during your stay, and during your checkin. Please allow me to describe what exactly happened at that time. Your family arrived at around 09:30 in the morning with 6 adults and 3 children. Your online agent booked a 3-bedrooms villa. The rate paid to the resort was actually for an original 3-bedrooms villa without extra guests (with a maximum occupancy of 6 persons). As per our conditions (clearly stated on that agent website), a fee applies for each extra person staying in the villa; that is why you were asked to pay for these extra persons. As you mentioned that fees had been already paid, our Front Office Manager called the agent directly to get a solution; unfortunately, no further help was offered at that time. Our Front Office Manager decided to let you checkin (and this was before the official checkin time (15:00) without charging any fee for these extra persons. I would like to underline that there was no "unexpected fee charged" upon checkin. Indeed, this is only on the next day that the agent recognised their mistake and an issue from their system which was, obviously, out of our resorts' control. Your online agent finally accepted to pay for extra fees, but again, nothing was charged to your account. Moreover, we find your words relatively tough when mentioning the English abilities of our Team. We have dedicated teams (such as our Front Desk Team or our Management Team with both thai and foreigner members) that are used to deal with different languages, nationalities and that are available at anytime to answer to your questions and requests. You may have a look at our different guests' reviews and will find out that there is no particular issue regarding that point. We totally understand that this extra fee issue may have negatively influenced your point of view. However, our Team did its best to provide you some help at that moment. As well, according to our different reports, there was no other particular issue with your villa during your stay. Should you wish to reconsider your review, I will be more than happy to show our emails' exchange with your online agent. We are looking forward to welcoming you soon again. Cannot recommend the villas enough!
The villa itself was wonderfull, the staff were attentive and willing to go above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We went in the low season and Kamala itself felt a little closed down. (Probably alot different during the high season).

It felt like home. It was very private, did not see any other guests unless I went to the lobby. The private pool was wonderful, my son especially enjoyed swimming in it. There was a large smart tv in the living room with Netflix included. There is also a kitchen area should you wish to cook for yourself. You pre-order breakfast and it arrives the time you request it. There is a free shuttle to the beach/shops. The beach was great, we only had time to go the once. Shame we only stayed 4 nights, highly recommend it.

The property was amazing but we had issues while checking in. Although we reached early and were willing to wait for the right check-in time, we ended up waiting beyond that as their villas were not available due to previous guests not checked out on time. Also the staff was pretty hostile once we refused their tour packages to local attractions.

Firstly, we called one day prior to our reservation to confirm early check in and late check out. The receptionist told us we could check in as early as 12pm and checkout until 3pm. However upon arrival at 1pm the receptionists told us they could not check us in until 3pm even though we called to confirm the day before. We had booked the three bedroom private pool villa for one night. The villa itself had beautiful landscaping and the rooms were clean. However at about 7pm the second bedroom air con leaked water all over our suitcase. We called reception and someone was sent to fix the leak promptly however left towels and tools on the floor of the villa. In the morning our breakfast was delivered at 8am. The food was nice. We then left our room at 10am and again went to confirm with reception that we could check out at 3pm. The receptionist informed us we could not as the villa was booked. However we told her there was still a three bedroom villa was still available on Expedia to book for the night! We ended up paying an extra 2000 baht to check out at 4pm (funny since it was meant to be booked). After this we returned to our room after shopping at 2pm and found that our breakfast dishes and left over food was still not cleared over 6 hours after it was delivered!! Flies and ants all over it. We checked out at 4pm and still the food hadn’t been cleared. When we told receptionist at checkout she just said sorry. Very disappointing 5 star experience!

Fantastic getaway...
The Bell villas was a really fantastic getaway from it "all" resort...The staff "Bella" was exceptionally helpful.... The served breakfast by the poolside was really nice..

Best honeymoon location
Me and my wife just recently spent our honeymoon at the bell and all I can say is that we both loved it. It is such a lovely villa to stay at. Lovely service. The staff were amazing. Everything about the bell was great. We would love to stay there again in the future.

The price for this villa is overcharged. The service here is great. Staff is friendly and very willing to help. The problem is the quality of facility. Everything is quite old. I can’t take shower or even wash my hand in all the washrooms.( I have spent time to check on each washroom and all the running water is so fxxking slow) I need to do everything in the kitchen and can’t take shower that night. The rooms are not connected, so u have to walk around to lock each room. The night I stay have some problem with the water supply, so not only the running water in toilets, but also the swimming pool. I call the room service and it spends 1hour to fix it. The craziest thing is that i request for check out at 1 and the staff said it was fine. But turn it out the staff called me in the checkout day and ask me to check out at 1230. I have to rush for packing up my belongings. I won’t come back again. A 4star hotel is even better than this one.

Dear Anonymous, Whether our rooms are too expensive is a subjective matter, we are certainly do not price our 350sqm villas at standard double room prices. We do indeed have individual access to each bedroom in all our villas but I do not see how having to lock these is an inconvenience and without your name I have little insight to how your situation might have been. The floorplan of all our units are online, such as all the photos that display the terrace and the living area from which the rooms are accessible, thus we do not think we deceived you by putting a lock on all the guest room doors (For clarification to anyone reading this review and answer, every villa has a main gate with a lock leading in to the villa garden, separating each unit from the park grounds). Phuket does not have a pressurised water pipe system, thus our resort has 3 of it's own large water pumps, one of which was under maintenance for about an hour and a half during your stay. We apologise for the low pressure and your inconvenience. As mentioned, without your name I can't follow up on the circumstances of your check-out either, but I hereby thank you for being flexible about your complimentary late check-out.
