Le personel est top vraiment super arrangeant. Mais par contre l’état de l’hôtel on voit qu’il a du vécu et qu’il n’est plus tous jeune

J'étais déjà venue à Lamoon Resotel le mois dernier et je confirme mon appréciation. Personnel souriant et toujours disponible, propreté, situation géographique très bonne, petit déjeuner à recommander.

Tres bonne hotel
Je donne rarement mon avis mais j’étais agréablement surpris par l’accueil, Et l’attention du personnel. Les chambres sont-elles est propre comme sur les photos le seul petit hic la salle de bain aurait besoin d’un coup de neuf mais rien de désagréable pour prendre une bonne douche. Cela reste bien entretenue rapport qualité-prix parfait je conseille.

Lamoon has a lovely front façade, but inside was a bit like an old state school dorm. The design idea for the rooms is good but executed poorly. My 5th fl room at the back of the bldg looked as if it was hastily put together - paint and old glue along the walls. There was a hole in the wall with a wire sticking out, formerly a sconce location? The overall effect was a tired room façade needs attention from someone who has an eye for details. I was excited there was a tub, since it’s been a few weeks of travel and would be nice to have a soak. However, the plug provided did not fit the drain, and no stores (even big home improvement stores) carried plugs at all. The bathroom would definitely benefit from a separation curtain or small wall towards the front of the tub, since it’s fully indoors and doesn’t benefit from evaporation of being partially outdoors. I could hear staff and other guests in the hallway, the door is wooden without a seal. It doesn’t seem to be a party hotel, so the latest I was woken was when a group of friends were returning from their evening around midnight. The bed and linens were fine. A kettle, coffee packets, and water were provided. A mini fridge had purchasable drinks. The ac worked intermittently. Staff were all lovely. Overall, it was comfortable enough and close enough for walking around that I have no regrets. However, if I were looking for something more pleasing or something beyond a budget feel I might make another choice.

The location is great where there are convenience stores, restaurants and local shopping mall nearby. Only a few minutes walk to the famous Sunday Walking Street in Thalang and the Wed to Fri Indy Night Market. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. There is free parking and the hotel building is aged, so don't expect it could look like the same as you see on the pictures on the website.

Hotellet ligger ganska nära huvudgatan. Mest thaimat på frukosten. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Stenhårda sängar (som alltid i Thailand!). Något slags bitande kryp (loppor?) i en av fyra sängar på vårt rum.

Lá Moon was very welcoming and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and generous. Great location. Bed was quite hard. On the whole very nice place to stay

Desperately needs a facelift new beds springs protruding from the side of the mattress the floor would have been as soft and less noisy....breakfast although plenty very poor quality , staff are friendly and very helpful would NOT use again

Nice hotel with nice view of Phuket Town from window. Greeted nicely with hotel staff and room was clean and beautiful. Its close to 711 and phuket bus terminal 1. Lovely smiling and friendly receptionist and staff. Will stay again :)

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren insgesamt wie Nächte dort. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten waren bequem! Leider wurde man aus der WLAN Verbindungen immer wiederheraus geschmissen, sodass man sich neu einloggen musste. Die Rezeption war immer besetzt und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch wenn die Englischkenntnisse vielleicht doch noch ein bisschen ausbaufähig sind. Dennoch konnte immer (wenn auch teilweise mit Google- Übersetzer) geholfen werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

While the main room was nice and modern the mattresses was old spring mattress and not too comfortable. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom that left the floor wet and I slipped but luckily caught myself. There was also a face was product from men and toothbrush and toothpaste which at first I thought complimentary but strange as we were women, then realized they were from previous person who stayed, was the room thoroughly cleaned? Or did they think someone might want to use them? Breakfast was ok.

Lamoon Resotel is tired, rundown, in need of a face lift, but a fairly good deal. The bathroom had a bathtub (pretty battered) but no shower curtain or plug, so showers that soaked the entire bathroom floor were the only option. The employees were friendly, but my wife and I received different price quotes for the exact same tours. I never felt quite confident they were being honest. The breakfasts were uncomfortably cold, so get there at 7:00 am sharp if we want warmish eggs! The location is okay, but not really in the heart of Old Town, so expect to do some walking. There is a terrific Japanese restaurant around the corner, and a nice mall called Limelight with a great ale house across the street. The airport bus picked us up outside the hotel, so that was a nice bonus.

Clean and adequate for our needs
Conveniently located in Phuket town. Staff were very friendly and helpful with little things like providing ice and printing out ferry bookings. Lots of places to eat nearby. Rooms are clean and adequate but dated in appearance, although renovations are under way. Also good to know that the hotel and Phuket town in general are not near any beaches - it takes about an hour to drive to Patong, etc.

高速バスでプーケットに着きソンテオバスでプーケットタウンまで行きました。街中でホテルの場所を現地の人に何度か聞きましたが、こちらのホテルは認知度が低いようで誰も知りませんでした。辿り着くのに多少時間がかかりましたがホテル自体は快適に過ごせました。近くにコンビニや屋台、飲食店もあります。

場所はバスターミナルに近く便利良かったです。バスタブがあったのが何より有難く常にお湯を張り入ってました。お湯の温度は相変わらず低いですが・・ 4連泊だったので、FREEのボトルウォーターを日数分頂けました。当然の事とは思いますが嬉しかったです。路線バスでショッピングセンターに行けそうです。次回チャレンジしたいです。
