“Cool place to stay....”

I would stay there again. It was nice, quiet & I was well rested.... The check in time was not until 4 pm. But I needed the room at 11 am because of plans that I had. They cleaned the room & it was ready when I got there!! That was awesome!! The guy who made sure I was taken care of was Andy!! THANKS ANDY!!

“Perfect for the price”

The hotel was exactly as anticipated. It was clean, the staff was efficient, and the location was perfect for my purpose. Overall a very good experience.

“Descent”

Room was nicely decorated, spaceous, and also included a kitchenette which came in handy. Did not the location of my room especially since traveling alone with a 5yr old. Scary to approach my room with 6 guys standing outside of the room next to me, drinking and smoking on the balcony. Asked to change rooms but none was avail.

hotlel was clean,caprpets in the room was so dirty when my grandson got up of the foor from playinghis hands and feet where all blck. there idea of brekfast was juices and coffee

went up for a softball tournment!!room was ok ,spent the whole day at the park!not much time spent at the hotel!!ok for the money!!!GO ASA TUCSON AVALANCHE 95& TUCSON AZTEC'S

“Comfortable and quiet.”

Front lobby appearance shows much wear and not as welcoming and attractive as one might expect. Distracts from the quality of the rooms and fairly good housekeeping. Location is NOT near downtown Mesa and is further from attractions in Phoenix by being so far East.

“Budget hotel, clean, cheap, good for 1-2 days max”

The Rooms are large, the pool is central and it would have been nice to swim in. But the breakfast was OJ and donuts (so I passed on it). The staff is friendly, the room is adequate, the bed is hard and not comfortable, but otherwise it's safe, it is a good price and there were no bugs in my room so it seems clean in general..but the bed was not comfortable.

“don't Stay at the this travelodge”

Would not give additional pillows -- theirs were so flat! No early morning coffee available -- not prepared for a 5 AM departure even though we asked about it the day before! First day, no bath towels -- Don't stay here!

“Suited our purpose but not satisfied”

We arrived early and asked what time we could check in. We were told 2 by the morning person, but if we wanted an early check in it was an extra $20.00, which we did not do. We went back to the hotel around 1:30 and were told we couldn't check in until 4. (Customer service was very lacking). The floors were filthy and overall the rooms could have used a very thorough cleaning. Our bathroom sink didn't drain well at all either. The only good things I can say is that the hotel was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

“Convenient location - shame about the breakfast”

The room was adequately clean. The location convenient to where we were doing business. The bed is very less than comfortable - very hard and unforgiving. The 'complementary breakfast' non-existent. ( watered down orange drink or foul weak coffee does not a breakfast make).
