BEWARE! This property is mainly inhabited by people who are in some type of long-term housing arrangement at a rate far below the short-term rental rate. Over 5 days, we only saw 2 other couples who could have been paying the regular short-term rental rate. The stairwells were never vacuumed during our stay even though there was trash and dirt on them. The suite was very shabby -- the sofa was threadbare and so filthy that we did not sit on it -- rendering the "living room" useless. The beds and bedding were decent, there was ample hot water for showers, the "residents" were generally quiet and respectful. This was not worth what we paid for it!

I was very disappointed in this place. It looks nothing like the photos. The room was run-down with threadbare sofa, stain on the carpet, and just general lack of care such as pictures hanging askew. It really needs a makeover. The only thing it had going for it is that there was a full kitchen and the room was big. It seemed people were living in the other rooms and some had what seemed to be guard dogs. Overall, I did not feel safe as it was not a place for vacationers. The surrounding area sketchy and literally on the wrong side of the tracks. I will not stay here again. I'm amazed there are high ratings and that I paid one seventy.

Was older than expected.
The location was great but the actual room looked a lot older than the pictures. The bathroom was clean but the water leaked out of the bath's faucet. The room seemed cramped with the type of beds they had up. I think it was good for maybe construction workers just needing a place to sleep, but the television was at an odd angle and the bed looked rumppled when we arrived. For the price we paid I didn't think it was as nice as other Sonesta Suites. But the staff were friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed my stay. The front desk clerk was not very friendly. I had issues with my heater called the same woman and she came in aggressively and showed me how to use the heater as if I bothered her. However my room was clean, spacious and the heater did work. I overall enjoyed my stay and would stay again. The only other thing is I was told they would shuttle me to a party I was Going to less than a mile away. I was told this when I booked and an hour before my party. When I called for the shuttle they said they weren’t shuttling that day. I was confused because I confirmed with the same angry woman I called fit a ride abs was late fur my party. Wasn’t a huge deal just annoying.

Staff awesome, friendly and very helpful from the moment we arrived until we left. The room was very clean. The kitchen was clean and fully stocked for your short term cooking needs. There was dish detergents for a sink and dish washer. Coffee maker in the kitchen with sugars. Believe it or not, salt and pepper too. Paper towels. Even a lint roller in the closet. The bed was very comfortable. Being able to cook breakfast and make late night snacks was great and saved us money. We're absolutely sold on Sonesta Simply Suites. Thanks

Do not stay here!
Absolutely disgusting! We walked into the hotel building the carpet was sticky, it smelled dirty in the halls. Once we got to the room, the couch had a huge stain on both cushions and the arm rests. We were not going to sleep in that room with 3 children. We immediately went right back to the front desk, got our money back and booked a room at Hilton Garden Inns.

pictures are not worth a thousand words
upon arrival went to check in at noon, the woman said check in wasn't till 4. little late in my opinion. she said i will see if we have a room available. She asked someone if room 114 was available and they said yes. She proceeded to tell us she had a room but it would be 25.00 to check in early. Little cheesy I thought given the fact I was a Travel Pass Member, however we declined and said we would come back. We came back at 4 and what room did we get- 114. Sonesta-Really! Not exactly the WOW experience I was expecting. I set my hopes to high not realizing this is nothing more than an Extented Stay hotel.

Foul Smell - Bad Service.
We checked into the Hotel, but the key we were given did not work, so we had to go back to the front desk and get a new one. When we finally got into the room, it had a foul smell of urine we went back to the front desk and the clerk said that was the only room he could give us so, we gave back the keys and told him we could not stay in that room he said we were still going to be charged for the room. We left the property, went to another hotel down the street, and had a better experience with the new property.

Not bad, but didn't meet basic expectations.
For a 2-room suite, the price was good, rooms were clean, and beds comfortable. However, the kitchen had old, dented appliances with missing parts, and the living room only had one old couch that sat 2 people. Also, we were counting on using the pull-out bed in that couch and discovered the mattress inside was as thin and worn out as possible. When we went to the front desk to let them know, they just laughed, handed us some pillows and blankets, and casually joked about the couch/mattress being ancient. Luckily, the person needing the extra bed was tiny enough to just curl up on the couch. But, she slept poorly and woke up sore.

I do stay at Sonesta suites quite frequently. This one was just a tad, dingy compared to the others. I do know that they purchased the hotel from another suite franchise, and are probably still working to update.

We stayed here for two nights through those nights, and there were people yelling outside. I called the front desk twice with no answer. I also found a used tampon dispenser under the bed when checking for bed bugs.

I found this hotel online through expedia. The images of the rooms and property were beautiful. The room I got was absolutely disgusting. The mattress and box spring were completely worn out, the couch looked like it was rescued from a dumpster, the night stands and tv stand had water damage at the base. The refrigerator door could easily be reveresed but it's not and is a huge pain to put stuff in the fridge because the way the door opens. They charge $5 a day for parking. The ground at the lobby entrance looks like how the ground looks right in front of a dumpster. The carpet throughout the building is just filthy. I only stayed 3 out of the 5 nights that I paid for. Spend the extra money to get a better hotel if you can afford it. This place is absolutely disgusting. Don't fall for the misleading pics online.

Great place
I needed a central place to stay for a week or so to look for a home to buy. The hotel was a perfect choice. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed to make quick meals to save on eating in restaurants or door dash. I t was close to the freeways, on a main road. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious. The room was very clean when we arrived, I noticed that the hallways, laundry room and trash room were also very clean. I will stay here again while I am here for closing on my new home.
