Imagine a community with tree-lined streets, shaded courtyards and grassy lawns perfect for relaxing. Our suites feature stylish kitchens with Whirlpool appliances, pear wood veneer cabinetry, soaring ceilings, and walk-in closets. There are pools for lounging and pools for those interested in some serious early morning laps. Two Jacuzzi spas and BBQ plazas allow for a bit of evening and weekend entertaining as well. The exercise and yoga rooms are open 24 hours and feature state-of-the-art cardio and weight-training equipment which allows for a great workout on your schedule.

Dining
Step outside your private gate and dine at Bravo Pizzeria, Tryst Cafe, grab a coffee at Starbucks. THE STAY residents have their own convenient, neighborhood retail center right next door. Across the street at Desert Ridge Market Place you will find casual and fine dining. Restaurants include: The Keg Steakhouse and Bar,BJ's Brewhouse, Sweet Tomatoes, California Pizza Kitchen, The Yardhouse, Wolfley's Neighborhood Grill, Rock Bottom Brewery, The Sand Bar, San Felipes Cantina, Island's Fine Burger and Drinks, Dave and Busters, Mimi's Cafe,Einstein Brothers Bagels, and many more.
Recreation
Located in the center of it all, our heated pool with its sparkling waterfalls is a quiet retreat. Later on the firepit and BBQ area is the place to be for entertaining.

“Hotel the Stay at Desert Ridge”
This hotel is actually a resort. For the price of a hotel room you are getting a real living room, full installed kitchen, separate bedroom, bathroom and two large wardrobes to put your stuff in. In your room there is a TV with a CD player and a separate work spot with internet connection. The pool is absolute luxurious. You have your parking right in front of your own door. The whole area has two entrances. The fence will open and close with your key which give a great feeling of safety. I have not met the owners, only speak to them by phone and they were very friendly and helpfully finding my way around. The Stay was a great stay for me.
“Super clean, roomy, close to everything”
Super clean condo, cool decor, very nice pool, quiet, was very easy to walk across the street to Desert Ridge Marketplace.
“I was really impressed with the quality of service”
I stayed for over a week at 'The Stay' and found it to be very well suited accomodation for a travelling businessman. I have received all information necessary to gain entry to the room in time. The fact that there is no classical 'receptionist' on-duty is similar to the modern internet type shopping: you read the instructions, help yourself with what you need and pay at exit. The apartment was very convenient with the living room, kitchen and dining area separated from the bedroom. The mall is just accross the road with Albertson's for all groceries (open until 11:00pm). The fridge, stove, toaster, etc were really convenient to fix a late dinner or early breakfast. At departure I forgot my portable hard drive and VPN token in the room. I was really impressed by management's extra efforts to return them to me in relatively short time. I really enjoyed the pool and the gym. I would anytime return for another stay at 'The Stay'.
“Stay away”
This location is not a hotel. It is a condo complex. The apt numbers are hard to find and no services exist
