“Great Place”
I wish all hotels were this pleasant. A well maintained, quiet and clean property. Morning coffee bar in the lobby. Very friendly and attentive staff. Nice pool, jacuzzi area. Not many restaurant options within walking distance. Rental bicycles available (the first two hours were free). Shuttle service available to and from Sky Harbor at about half the price of a taxi service. I would stay here anytime I'm in Phoenix.
“Nice hotel, but no avoiding unecessary fees”
The SRCC is nice, but the $15/day "resort fee" and 75 cents per local call charges annoy me. They also will only change bed sheets every third day unless otherwise instructed.
“Resort Fee $19”
Scottsdale Resort was an excellent value, BUT note that you will be charged an additional $19 "resort fee" upon arrival.
“It was OK”
Hotel was in location we needed, it was clean and pleasant. "perks" they offered were really nothing special...they couldn't even manage to deliver the newspaper to our door!
“Horrible - Never returning”
The hotel staff were inexperienced and rude, nothing like we've ever experienced before. We were told upon check in that there was a wedding being held outside of our room for two hours that evening and that we were to make other arrangements as to not disturb them; we wouldn't be able to access our room during the time frame of 6 - 8. The pool guests were partying loud outside of our room until 2:00 am, and the grounds cleaning staff starting using leave blowers by 6:00 am. The room was unimpressive, not horribly dirty, but not really clean either. Upon check out the hotel staff stood in a group and discussed their prior evening drunkeness with no regard to the fact that we were standing right there attempting to print our boarding passes; the computer crashed before our passes printed. Overall, worst hotel experience ever and wouldn't dream of returning. Actually, not impressed with Scottsdale overall.
“Good place to stay”
Great place excellent spa
“Great Place!”
I have stayed here each time I have been in the Phoenix area. The resort is warm, welcoming with wonderful rooms and great friendly staff. I will stay there again on my next trip.

I love staying at the Scottsdale Resort. This is my second time staying here & I just love it! The location is great---super close to great shopping & food. I love the pool! The chairs are the most comfortable ever & there are plenty of chairs and towels. I also love to use the bikes and hop on the bike trail. Beautiful!
