“Very relaxing, can't wait to go back”

My mom and I wanted to plan a winter retreat to the Scottsdale area and The Boulders was having a fare special at the time so we tried it for 3 nights. We absolutely loved it. The spa was so nice and relaxing. You could spend the entire day there, laying by the pool, then shower in their state-of-the-art showers and eat breakfast or lunch in the spa cafe. They have complimentary tea and dried fruit you can snack on during the day. I didn't get any treatments at the spa but I spent the entire day there relaxing in the pool area and then taking advantage of the sauna. There are also no cars allowed in the area of the actual casitas so they take you around the resort in golf carts, which was really nice and made it quiet.

The staff was the best. Their was nothing you needed that could not be provided. I have never enjoyed spa services like they offer!

“Wonderful service”

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service by every single employee of the Boulders. I was concerned about the resort fee per day at first, but it turned out that this fee was well worth it and helped to enhance the service and feeling of being pampered. The room decor was southwestern style so don't expect classy contemporary. I will definitely return to the Boulders!

Great place, excellent service from all at resort. Food very good. Awesome surroundings and golf course. Been here a few times and will always come back when in the area. Casitas a little dated but clean none the less. They are in the process of remodeling these units.

“Serene retreat”

What a wonderful inspiring setting-on an early morning walk you will see the desert come to life. Each casita is nesteld into the landscape. The food is well prepared, beautifully displayed and delicious!..no need to venture out of the resort.Only limitation was the size of the pool which limited the number of chaise.

Both the resort and the spa are unique and wonderful. The service is exceptional; the casitas are spacious, comfortable, and attractive; and the setting is peaceful and gorgeous.

“Perfect place to relax and enjoy the views”

Beautiful Arizona views from the skyline to the mountains as well as the surrounding vegitation. We visted in late January and the weather was perfect each day. Temeratures were lows in the 40's and highs in the 70's. Multiple resturants on site all with excellent food, views, and staff. Resort is roughly 40 minutes from Phoenix and 20 minutes from downtown Flagstaff. As much or as little to do as you wish. Excellent customer service without being overbearing. ALL staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. One of the most unique and enjoyable places we visited.

“Wow - really great place”

We loved the setting- it was so natural, yet all of the amenities were there! The casita with balcolny just invited you to sit outside, watch the golfers and enjoy the birds dropping by for a visit. We liked the fact that you park your car when you arrive and then walk or call for a cart to deliver you throughout the resort. This is definitely a destination place. Not much in the surrounding area, but the hotel and resort took care of all our needs. Great Place!

Ammenities abound. Felt like one with nature without camping out. The spa was 1st class, the golf course challenging and pristine, The food superb. The staff was helpful and friedly, Took a real interest in our trip, and adventures, and were great with tips for travelling.
