“Cheap, clean and centrally located”

The hotel was what we expected for the price. It was not new but kept up very well. The room and bathroom were very clean. Sheets were fine, but towels a bit scratchy. It is in a great area, especially if you did not rent a car. Plenty of food within walking distance. The pool and hot tub looked very clean and well maintained. We would definitely return.

Very convenient location to downtown Tempe, AZ. The hotel room was clean and the temperature easy to adjust. The bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast was good.

“Not bad for the price”

My "non-smoking" room smelled of smoke, but the attendant didn't give me any trouble about moving to an adjacent room. I guess it would have been a problem if they had been full. Otherwise, everything was fine: helpful staff, comfortable room, working hot tub, etc.

“hotel is old but it was clean”

stayed here for two nights. Our room was old and worn but it was clean. The people at the front desk were helpful and that always makes a big differance. The price was good I would stay here again.
